The staff member we set up the rental of a sound & lighting system with was friendly, their prices were good, and they were available when we needed them. Still, in the end, the sound & lights had several issues. Our DJ had to go back to the store to get replacement wires, etc. 5 times! He spent hours troubleshooting, and went through plenty of frustration to finally get it to work. If he had not started the trial set-up early the day before the event, it would not have been functional the day of. Please test and fix your stuff before you rent it out, Analog Outfitters!
