We’ve been here twice, once to repair an iPhone 5 and once to buy a used simple, dumbphone. They had a few options in dumbphones(this was two years ago) and the one I got worked great for about a year an a half which, sadly, reflects normal lifespans for used phones. The iPhone wouldn’t hold a charge and was more than a year old. They replaced the charger port on the phone and put in a new battery and it was like new! Charged us about $ 70. It took a couple days longer than they told us for the port to arrive at the store. The phone worked great till I washed it in the laundry! All in all, these gentlement are efficient, cheap, and engaged in an industry which we would all do well to support. How many heavy metals are we extracting from the earth and throwing away with every new phone?! Is this all necessary?! These guys will keep you with your current device and keep stuff out of landfills.

Went to get my daughters phone fixed. my daughter had ran to the bus stop with her phone«iphone 5c» while it was somewhat raining and it basically shut her phone down. we put her phone in rice and did all the Internet suggestions to help but of no avail. so we went in to green mobile and explained the whole deal with them and they said that since it had been more than a day that they wouldn’t touch it. well we thought crap, with no insurance on it we would have to bite the bullet and buy a new one… nope…I checked online and did a bit of research and found it may just be a battery issue. Bought a new battery kit on ebay that came with battery and tools for iPhone 5c for $ 5!!! Thought ok for 5 bucks I can see if this may fix it, if not it’s off to verizon for a new phone… guess what!!! Fixed… I fixed it for 5 dollars. green mobile was like we won’t even look at it and now I’m here watching my daughter use her phone like there was never even a problem… point is green mobile didn’t even try. they were just like nope. they could’ve probably got a hundred bucks out of me but they were just not interested in making money… lol…

I went there a year ago guy was nice did what he said he could for us. went back recently there was a rude young girl talking about this is not how she runs her store and what she won’t do… I’m sorry in customer service job you try to help the person and tell them the best thing to do and explain your self the best you can. Cause we’re I’m from that’s called your mannerisms and acting as if though you’ll loose business. I feel sorry for someone to act an be that pathedic
