**UPDATE** Adding two stars to my previous rating. I went into this store to try to get this issue resolved and found out that the person who initially sold me the phone no longer works there. The manager and staff were extremely nice and helpful — especially Dria who went above and beyond to help me figure out what had happened and spent a very long time helping me get a case opened with AT&T. While I was there, I saw the other people on staff help a few other customers out and they were also very friendly and helpful. — Sales person tried to sell me a third-party phone cable(not a charger) on the grounds that it would charge my phone 3 times faster than the one that comes with it(hint: that’s now how electricity works). I also recently found out that they never cancelled payments on a phone that I returned 6 months ago. I don’t know if this is a reflection on the store as a whole or the particular sales person I was dealing with. Either way, once I get my refund, I do not intend to come back to this store.

Got an iphone4 here and they never gave the $ 500 deposit I paid to them to AT&T and got my service cut off 4 months later. Now I have to waste my time faxing stuff over to AT&T.

Prices at this location are significantly inflated compared to online and corporate-owned stores. Salespeople here have required me to add Media Net or other services onto my basic voice plan. Skeptical of their claims, I contacted AT&T customer support to learn that these extras are fully optional.
