It was okay. A good massage but I wasn’t impressed. It was a little hot in the room. I asked a deep tissue and got just a regular massage.

The best of the best for massage therapy. Great for relaxation, and unbeatable for injury/soreness treatment and prevention. If you have a chance to have an appointment with Doug, you are in luck. He his the ultimate healer.

Really nice massage practice covering Champaign/Urbana/Savoy. Bodywork has locations off campus on Windsor Avenue, as well as a satellite location out of the university’s ARC(activities & recreation center). The ARC location offers student discounts, too! Overall this is my go-to massage place for de-stressing and helping relieve sore/tired muscles and problem spots. It’s a bit more expensive than going to a corner or discount place, but it’s worth it if you are looking for professionals who can help address particular problems. Kim Moore is fantastic, as are the other staff I’ve worked with. I would recommend checking out the staff pages to see their specialties and choose an appointment with the professional who can best help out your particular needs. Strongly recommend.

Doug, Doug and more Doug! I have major back(lower spine) issues and I have had many people work on me. When you have a real Healer work on and with you, you know immediately that they have a gift and knowledge that few people have. Doug Nelson has that gift and if you are in pain and/or impaired, give yourself the gift of a true Body Worker. Doug and his group are a true Champaign treasure and you owe it to yourself to experience what truly gifted people can do.
