I am glad I got my massage here. I got another gift certificate to get a massage and was able to use my conversation with the MT here to enlighten the MT from the gift certificate place(not the same place). It was like taking your medical records from one place to another and people understanding the jargon in the medical records. Made for better quality of care.

First I have to say that I’m not a member. I received a gift certificate for a Christmas gift last year… Its now December and I still haven’t gotten a massage and that’s not from lack of trying! Every single time I call they are totally booked and are so short with me… They make me feel like I’m bothering them. After a year of trying I’m giving up. I can say they have absolutely horrible customer service, but I wouldn’t know about the massages. Those are probably pretty terrible too from reading the reviews.

Not satisfied. I’m a member and they don’t have any openings until early MAY?! I’ve been trying to schedule since December, but I need evening appointments(because I work and have family obligations on the weekend). Well, unless you can plan your life 3 – 5 months in advance, forget about Massage Envy. Each month I am paying for a service I can’t use — not because I don’t want to, but because they don’t have any times available for a working professional. To top it off. they won’t let me put my membership on hold and use the massages I have already paid for either. At this rate I would have to get 5 massages in one month just to get my money back. And that, of course, would depend on them having any openings in the evenings I could actually use. There appear to be problems with this location. Ive experienced: 1) Poor customer service.(very short on the phone) 2) Unable to schedule appointments unless you book 2 – 3 months in advance. 3) Almost no availability for evening appointments. 4) Constant clinician turnover. Almost every time I try to schedule, I am told that my clinician has left. I regret joining and would advise others not to.

I called to book an appointment. I was asked if i was a member to which i replied no. The guy on the phone replied well we are booked until February. I said to him you didn’t even ask me what service i was inquiring about for an appointment. He said it didn’t matter. He was VERY short with me. once we hung up i called back to get his name, a different person answered(Claiming to be the owner). He wouldn’t give me the name of the previous employee who i spoke with. He informed me that he would book me an appointment but wouldn’t give me the guys name i spoke with. I will never go back to this place, i am a paying customer who was turned away because i wasn’t a MEMBER. my entire family has been to this place multiple times and that will change after this incident. Beware… Kyle Edmund, is the manager ! not the owner as he claimed. I do not do business with liars.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Massage Envy today! I will definitely return and ask for Suzie. I am a frequent spa-goer and this experience was one of the best I’ve had. Suzie was an excellent listener and targeted the exact areas that I asked. The front desk girl was very professional and organized. I had an overall great experience. I will definitely be back.

I had a massage this week with Jeff and really enjoyed it. He was very professional and very good at working out kinks and problem areas. I was able to relax and really enjoyed my massage. The front desk staff were friendly, too. Recommend!

Lets start with the positive — The front desk girl was very helpful and nice. The facility was beautiful and relaxing. Negative — The massage was terrible. I have had many many massages and the one that I got from the young man there was literally the worst one I have paid money for. I asked for deep tissue and the only place he used semi-deep pressure was my back. Which I could have dealt with if he actually worked on the knots and tightness. But unfortunately he did not do that at all, it was just a generic massage. I am very disappointed because I received no pain relief. I will consider going back in the future to a different therapist because I liked the overall atmosphere, but be aware of the therapist you get!
