Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. Quoted a fair price to repair some damaged woodwork, was able to work it into his schedule quickly and flexibly, and complete the job efficiently. I’m very impressed with the work he did and the final result not only looks great but perfectly matches the character of my home which has a lot of woodwork. He also did a few other minor touch-​ups, and gave me advice on a few quick things I could do myself to fix a few other minor areas around the house. Very courteous and phone calls were returned promptly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be calling for any future woodwork I need done!

Had a few issues w service. I called Frank to have a few jobs completed (a very small hole in the living room wall, a bigger one in the bed room and a very few quick jobs including tightening a few bathroom towel racks, a wobbly faucet and stabilize the kitchen blinds. Honestly I was thinking the job would cost 150.00 or so. I didn’t know I Would be paying 2 people at $ 55.00 an hour. His business says Frank’s home repair… not Frank and «the other guy.» This was partly my fault. I should have asked more questions, I should have asked for a quote and quotes from others. The total was $ 350 and then said it would be an additional 160.00 the following day. A whopping $ 560.00 for mostly some minor dry wall repairs, quick odd jobs totaling 3 hours of work. Frank seemed knowledgable and a nice enough guy. Just seemed a little high in price. Also, after he fixed a wobbly bathroom sink it was leaking on the floor and inside the cabinet after he left. We never had this issue before. He fixed it without complaint but stated it had been leaking before. We check down there often and this is not the case. What was most frustrating was these jobs were a one man job. I ultimately feel ripped and I’m an easy guy to please and get along with. We will look elsewhere for a soon remodeled kitchen.

We have hired Frank for several jobs– everything from plumbing to other handyman/​contractor type stuff. He was happy to help no matter how big or small the job was and was prompt and honest. He even told us how to fix a few things ourselves if we wanted to save money (which we greatly appreciated!) He has been wonderful to work with and most recently took on a much larger job for us– fixing up our house and painting it in order to get it ready to sell. He has done a fantastic job and we would definitely recommend him to anyone!

So thankful to have found Frank. He helped with odds & ends around the house (hang things on the wall to install a new outdoor light fixture). He is professional and skilled at his job. I’ve already started making my list for his second visit!
