Sephora

I was so pleased to find such friendly people here! My 82 year-​old grandmother very much wanted to get her makeup done for her birthday and I quote: «see what this old face can look like all done up» She has very sensitive skin and my aunt (who is her caretaker) was worried my grandmother’s face would break out. After inquiring at all the department stores in the mall and finding they were understaffed to do makeovers, we decided to check out Sephora, even though I was worried about them being a bit pricey. As soon as we walked in someone (I wish I could remember her name) greeted us warmly and went quickly to find Natalia to do my grandmother’s makeup. We told her that my grandma had very sensitive skin and also hearing loss, but that she could read lips. Natalia was so patient and said she would work magic on my grandmother to give her a classic look. She did a great job and was very professional (even when my aunt had a little episode). I just wanted to say thank you to the great staff at Sephora! Keep up the good work! I will definitely consider shopping there again in the future.

I’ve been a Sephora fan for a couple of years now and was not disappointed in their Market Place Mall location. I got a lot of welcome attention when I previously visited on a slow day, however to my pleasant surprise when I went during this past weekend’s VIB sale when the store was pretty much packed– I still got a warm welcome and a employee (cast member Kathryn) spent a lot of time with me answering questions, teaching me techniques that I wanted to know & helping me out. Even later when I was browsing the store I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance. Good customer service is definitely what’ll keep me coming back in-​store as opposed to shopping online.
