was out of state on business when they came to perform pesticide services at my home. hired them to spray for spiders/wasps(external, garage, and enclosed patio). the bugs are gone, so i have no complaints about that. my review is in regards to the customer service i received when i called them to pay my bill over the phone. i called the number on the front of the invoice and the woman who answered gave a vague answer about whether or not i could pay via telephone with a credit card. i didn’t understand her answer and asked her to clarify, at which point she became agitated and rude. i’m not sure if the owners know about her attitude or not, but it would be to their advantage to look into it and provide some remedial training in customer service and manners. this appears to be a small, family-owned business — exactly the type of business i like to hire — so i will hire them again next year for the same service. however, if i interact with the woman on the telephone again and her attitude is the same, i’ll find another pest control service for future business. at this point, i’m still not sure what methods of payment they accept.

They say they will come ASAP and that means about two weeks of wait. That is their working speed. When they finally come, they will move your stuff out of place and never place them back after they finish it. So it is your job to clean up the mess of their job and the only thing they do is to spray something. How can that be a so-called professional job, probably a kid is able to handle that. Then they will throw stuff on the ground and on your furniture EVEN when there is a dustbin nearby. Worst but not the last, their talking rude is rude and What a heck of guys that you will let them do the job for you. Please forget about them.
