All-American Eyeglass Repair

This place is awesome. Breaking the only pair of glasses you own is the worst experience when you depend on them so much. I found this place online which was within a few miles of my home in Chandler. One pair of glasses had both side pieces broken, and as luck would have it, they had an exact copy of the frames in stock. I walked out in less than 10 minutes with new frames, and the old lenses. Fantastic. The second pair of eyeglasses was broken in two pieces at the nose-​piece of the frame. These were expensive prescription glasses, and they were able to weld it back together within 10 minutes. You can’t even see the repair it is so clean. There was no wait time and friendly and courteous service. I would recommend this business to anyone without any hesitation. Thanks for all the help in repair! I really appreciate it.

Breaking a set of eyeglasses you depend on for sight can be very disruptive and scary. I broke my glasses on a Saturday and completely panicked. When I called to inquire for same day glasses I was told my prescription may not be available and I would have to wait several days. My next option was to see if they could be repaired. I arrived after one PM on Saturday. With less than an hour prior to closing I was greeted and helped immediately. When asked if I needed my glasses the same day I explained that I can’t see without them. The staff took extra care to repair my glasses in the time they were still open. 10 minutes before closing I received my repaired glasses, not only did they put my lens back in, they installed new nose pieces and tightened them up. I felt like a walked out with a new pair! Great service, excellent craftsmanship and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with broken frames.

WOW! Completely amazed by this place. You need prescription glasses fixed, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! My father has glasses from a designer that are hard to find. He accidentally sat on them snapping the frame arm off. Since the glasses are frameless frames, this was a difficult repair. We have searched high and low to replace the arm but in the end we choose to have the arm lazer soldered back on. Amazingly he also could have replaced the arm since he carries this unusual brand! I will forever use this place and recommend it to anyone and everyone!

My experience with AAER was by mail. I emailed the company on a Sunday to ask if they could get a specific part for my frame. I was shocked when I received an email right away letting me that they would check for me. I got an answer that they could get the part & I mailed the frame to them. I received a phone call when they received my glasses. Then I got another phone call when they received my part. During that phone call they told me they would be doing the repair that day and would be able to mail my glasses back to me that day, as well.
I received my glasses in perfect condition! Thank you AAER!

I am one of those people who chronically forgets to keep their glasses in a case, and it finally bit me in the butt. One of the nose pads fell off of my very expensive Ray-​Ban prescription eyeglasses and I brought them into all American eyeglass repair on Ray and Rural. The employee fixed them in less than 60 seconds and did not charge me because it was such a simple fix. I will definitely be coming back here if I have any other issues with my glasses!

I’ve brought my Ray Bans here twice. Thankfully, both times it’s been an easy fix and cost less than $ 15! Very impressed.

Looked this place up on Unilocal in desperate need of someone who could repair my glasses that both arms snapped off of. I didnt even this they were repairable but these guy proved me wrong and made my glasses new again. Literally couldnt have asked for better service. Thanks again Tyler!

They were able to repair a broken arm on my metal frames for $ 59 in about two hours. He then proceeded to fix it and readjust them for another 30 minutes until they fit back on my face perfectly! He was even able to get all of the super glue I had poured all over it off without any problems. I went to the one on Ray and Rural and was helped by Glenn and I will go back every time I have any issues! Extremely happy with the service.

I went here because all the «chains» refused to work on my glasses, as I bought them online. I only needed someone with the proper tools to do some adjustments and to tighten up the bridge due to loose screws. The guys here took a look, and did the fix. I was happy to give them $ 5 for the job. Now the glasses fit properly and feel good. I’m very happy and I encourage others to go here as well.

I used to pay $ 35 to replace nose pads on my sunglasses here. I just went to another optician and they replaced nose pads AND adjusted my frames for free. I will never return here for sure. Total rip off!

Awesome! I called before I came and he said he could get the modification done to my glasses within 30 minutes. Great deal. It was a bit far from me, just under 20 miles, but worth the drive.
When I was at Costco, I complained to the optical lady that I don’t see real well with my Progressives. She said my glasses were sitting too low on my face due to my flat Chinese nose. She said I needed nose pads.
I remember when my kids were getting their eyeglasses at Nationwide, they recommended this place. I couldn’t quite remember the name, but I Googled eyeglass repair and this immediately popped up.
Since I love Unilocal,I Unilocaled this business and saw all the rave reviews. I drove to this place (NE Rural and Ray — near the Chandler Sunset Library). An elder lady beat me into the store by like 2 seconds. It’s not nice to try to shove an old lady out of the way, so I let her go ahead.
He got the lady’s repair and told her about 10 – 15 minutes. Then, my turn and he told me the same thing. I think within 15 – 20 minutes total, he had new nose pads on my glasses. When he returned my glasses to me, it was like I had a new pair of glasses. I could actually see much better and I think this is the way my progressives are supposed to be.
I’d been wearing 8 months and limping along, and that’s because they were too low on my face. Very grateful for the great job this gentleman did, his professionalism and friendliness. I was able to get back to work quickly and see much better.
It was $ 39 to add the nose pads to my existing glasses.

I just took my daughters glasses in to have the pads replaced. They were quick and helpful and the price for the repair was reasonable. I had a similar experience at one of their other stores in Mesa. I would recommend them to anyone needing their glasses repaired.

I had super quick eye pad replacementsjob done on my Maui Jim sunglasses. I didn’t buy the glasses at his store, (they were a gift) but the kind gentleman wouldn’t charge me for his service. (They are a Maui Jim authorized dealer and repair shop.) I will keep them in mind for my future eyeglass purchases and service!
