Customer service is ok. It seems just a TAD too much for the few servers that exist. Meaning, that people somehow skipped ahead of us on the wait list, the server forgot a small side item, and there is about a 15 min wait. — small petty things that might piss off a snobby person. But not me! Other than that, I love this place. Its a close, great breakfast place that has a great selection of quality food! Four peaks french toast is awesome, as well as the powerhouse, breakfast tacos, and all the other southwestern items!

We stopped in for a quick breakfast on a Tuesday morning as we headed out of town. There was no wait and the restaurant was warm and friendly. Our server Eric was very personable and suggested some great dishes. Two of us had the traditional breakfast and two had the eye opener combo. Both were excellent choices! The eggs were fluffy and light and the French Toast in the eye opener was fresh and delicious! We all had turkey sausage; it was probably the best that we ever had! Very flavorful. In fact, everything tasted scrumptious. The prices were also quite reasonable, comparable to some chains that serve breakfast. Two thumbs up! We will definitely come back to this restaurant.

This place was great and everything I could’ve asked for in a breakfast! I had my first eggs Benedict here and it was amazing! The place is really cute inside and the people working there were extremely nice! Really enjoyed this place and would recommend it to anyone!

I’ve been here more than a dozen times and it’s hit or miss for me. This time was a big hit. I loved their oatmeal with fruit, nuts, brown sugar and the like. It’s McCann’s original and quite good. My friends enjoyed their various pancakes and breakfast scrambles. The service was very attentive on a weekday, which we really appreciated. The benches are so uncomfortable though… hate that part of visiting here. I’ll be back.

Ambiance is cute. Service was good. Restaurant is clean. Perhaps I just wasn’t a fan of what I ordered? I tried some peanut butter/banana foster type pancakes. Just to heavy and to sweet.

Good breakfast and good service. A solid 4 stars for the family. Thx. The place was clean and the bathrooms were clean. We were immediately greeted at the door and seated promptly. Had the eggs, pancakes, turkey sausage and coffee. Was a good breakfast and the pancakes were really good. Would recommend this place.

Overall, good breakfast place. Def worth the charge for the meals and they even offer a generous military discount! Wife got the eggs Benedict and gives it a 3 out of 5, not too much flavor she said and they used regular sliced deli ham vs traditional Canadian bacon. I got the traditional eggs with bacon which was well cooked and not soggy. Also got blueberry pancakes which were great, I give mine a 5 overall as it was good for the location and atmosphere. Coffee was ok, not unique but fresh and hot, wife’s ice tea was cold and fine, can’t really goof that up. Overall, we’d go back if in the area but not out of our way per say.

Fantastic food in a comfortable atmosphere. Excellent service, too. I had the fruit parfait and shared a cinnamon bun with my husband who had the Hot Juan scramble. Everything was delicious and very well-priced. We’ll certainly eat here again next time we’re in town.

This place MURDERS breakfast, soooo gooood. I will never set foot into an ihop unless I’ve been bribed by a free meal. I ordered the meal that includes a pancake, eggs and bacon and it was so delicious. The service was great and I left full. Actually it was so much food that no one at my table finished their meal which was sad, but it was still delicious.

Food: The pictures are so deceiving. I’ve been wanting to try their four-tier french toast, but it was just mediocre. I’ve had much better french toast. Price: You do not get what you paid for. If I’m gonna pay $ 9 for a french toast, it sure as hell better be amazing, but it wasn’t. Service: Our server was alright. Nothing extremely special. Ambience: Casual and also not busy, which is strange to me. Parking: Lots of parking. Overall, we decided we were not going to come back to place.

Normally a solid place for a quick, simple breakfast, and today was no different. The food and table service was great. The experience began to change with the front of house when I went to pay. I noticed I was being charged for the full«traditional» breakfast(eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, toast), when I requested no potatoes. Yes, i was asked if I’d like to substitute fruit for the potatoes, but I declined. Just wanted eggs, bacon and toast. The front of house politely offered to take off 1.50 from the bill, which was nice, and appropriate. I paid with card, had left a tip on the table in cash, and proceeded out the door, when I overheard this front of house woman exclaim«what an unfriendly and unpleasant man» to the customer waiting after me. It made me stop in my tracks. And I turned around and started walking back to the restaurant. She headed me off outside at the front door and instead of apologizing when I asked her why she declaimed to the customer after me her thoughts about me, she began interrogating me about why I didn’t want potatoes. When I asked if she was the manager, she said no. And when I asked to speak to the manager, she stated there was no manager on site. I admit, the situation went further south from here when she continued to lie that she had said nothing about me to the other customer, so I just walked away. When calling the restaurant a few minutes later to speak with a manager, she picked up the phone and stated she was the manager! Humans are strange creatures, and this particular one even more so.

I’m not from Arizona and I rely on Unilocal and found this place. The reviews are on point. Their food’s delicious! My waitress Jen was very kind. Must try their macho nacho and if you have a sweet tooth, the four peak would be perfect for you.

Haven’t been to this Good Egg since I moved across the valley 4 years ago. My wife and I arrived at 11 on a Saturday morning and there was a 15 min wait, so we took counter seats. Our server greeted us within five mins. My wife ordered the Good Egg Traditional, with two eggs, potatoes, three fat sausages and toast plus she added coffee. I got the Good Egg Benedict, which came with potatoes plus I got a small juice. It came to $ 25.11 plus tip. Our meal arrived in about 12 minutes. Both were cooked perfectly, with plenty of hollandaise on mine. We really didn’t need or want to change anything. It was just what we were expecting for a diner breakfast and we left full, satisfied and smiling. I recommend the Good Egg to anyone wanting a hearty breakfast.

Place was super busy yet provided quick service upon sitting down. I like that the food options were healthy type meals. The breakfast skillet was fresh and delicious. Another party got the breakfast burrito and said it was very good. Both plates exceeded portion size we were able to eat in one sitting. It was our first time trying this restaurant chain due to positive Unilocal reviews and will now look out for them when traveling again.

As a frequent favorite for breakfast, this place provides my family, friends and outer-towners a solid variety of options at a good value. I must admit, the menu change has thrown me for a curve as I was a big fan of the $ 1 menu to add-on as needed to my meal, but service & food are on point. The ‘to-go’ beverage you had with your meal to go is an added bonus along with the punch card to entice another visit. I’m a simple guy so the traditional breakfast works for me with some side whole wheat pancakes! I splurge on the most expensive entrée when my card is stamped up :-)

Good breakfast spot for a weekday! Wasn’t crowded at 7am. Nice and quick service. I ordered the French toast– pretty tasty! I’ve drove by on weekends and it’s pretty crowded– indulge on a week day and enjoy your space!

Traveling from Los Angeles to Arizona in about 5 hours not bad. Now we must get good in our belly! Got the lumberjack skillet, filled with potatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, bacon, cheese and topped with gravy, served with a biscuit. The combination of all the ingredients in the skillet was good but too much potatoes. It was flavorful and hit the spot. Service was good and the waitress made sure she always asked if we were ok and had everything we needed.

Feeling like breakfast for a late lunch? Here’s a good place to eat for breakfast and/or lunch. Egg whites and veggies omelette with potatoes and English muffin is great($ 9). The short stack(2) chocolate banana buttermilk pancakes for $ 9.50 was more than enough for one person. It was literally the size of the plate — bigger than my face. At first I didn’t think it was going to be good because it looked a little bit burnt but it actually tasted really good! And then endless coffee was $ 2.50. Overall good food and good service.

This was probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had anywhere in a restaurant, if not THE best. The only reason it’s not a five-star is because the service is awful. I got seated fairly quickly in the almost empty restaurant, but the waitress moved at a snail’s pace. She finally got my order in while I watched a lady who came in quite a bit after me get her food first. That part aside the food is heavenly! I don’t know that I can eat breakfast anywhere else again. I went for the egg white and veggie omelet because of its seriously low calories(270). I doubt I could have ordered anything with more calories and it been more flavorful. The vegetables were all cooked perfectly, the omelette seasoned just right and the brie on top was the crowning touch. It was seriously the best food I’ve tasted for breakfast in a LONG time. I have to forgive the terrible service because this food is too good. I’d actually probably wait an hour if I had to. No joke. Best breakfast bet around.
