I brought my Samsung Tab3 to repair the screen. They said they would have to order the screen which was fine. Total cost was about $ 75. It was fixed on the day they said they would fix it. When I picked it up, the tech said the home button was a little«loose» and you had to push it 2 or 3 times to get it to work. I took it home and by the next day, the Home button stopped working all together. I called the store and left multiple voice mails as there was a 30 days guarantee on the workmanship. They never returned my calls. I stopped leaving voice mails and would just call to see if i could get someone on the phone to talk. I probably called close to 30 times over a 5 day period and they never answered the phone. I even sent an email to the customer service and I got no reply. I was leaving for Australia and I would not be back before the 30 day warranty would be expired. The service stated out great but they did nothing to help correct the problem.

Pretty good experience! I had my iPad screen replaced(just the glass) and it looks great. The only issue I have is that the home button is a little raised, but just a minor change I can live with. The person who helped me in the store was very personable. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and did not have to wait in line at all, which was nice. He said it would take about 2 ½ hours to replace the screen, and sure enough, they called me a few minutes before the pick up time to say it was ready. One small issue(reason for 4 stars) was that the actual store was hard to get ahold of. I spoke with someone at their general number and she was very helpful, but recommended I check with the store that they had the part I needed and to set up an appointment if I wanted. This was after I had been calling the store number for about an hour and getting no answer. I left a message with the store but didn’t get a call back — finally, when I called about 2 hours after my first attempts, I got through. They checked to see if the part was in stock and told me there were no appointments, only walk ins. All in all, very friendly people and I’m satisfied with the screen replacement, but there were some inconsistencies between corporate and the store, and some issues contacting the store. Also, the $ 6 for $ 15 Unilocal deal was nice, and there were no issues redeeming it. I’d probably go back here again.

Very fast and good service. Took hardly an hour for a display change in my iPhone 5s. I tested it and looks so good.

Took a 5S in to have the cracked screen replaced a few weeks before christmas. It was 45 minutes before the mall closed and the guy was working on a phone. He said he could have it done before the mall closed so I left it with him and did some shopping. I came back by in 15 minutes to check on it and he was already done. The cost for this kind of repair seems high but they were priced better than a few others. Quick and convenient. The new screen looked good and couldn’t tell it was replacement.

This place is great! Apple said my phone couldn’t be fixed, but All Mobile Matters had it fixed for a reasonable price in 30 minutes. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The customer service is great, I only take a star away because it is a little on the expensive side!

Quick friendly service. Same price as Apple but without the hassle! My phone screen was cracked so I went to the Apple store and it was going to be a long wait and such a hassle on Black Friday. My friend recommended this place to me. So I went to the kiosk and it was only a 20 minute wait!

Took my 5s to get a quote and Eric was extremely friendly and helpful. Said it would be just over 45 minutes to fix the screen but when I came back after 30, he was done. Screen looks great. Will update review after 30 days if there are no mechanical flaws and change it to 5 stars.

To the gentleman working at the Chandler Fashion Center location: my wife brought in my daughters phone today(8÷5÷14) at roughly 12:30pm. When you tell someone you will give them a discount of they do a Unilocal for you, be sure you present it better. It would better serve you to give the discount and then ask politely to give a Unilocal shout. Not a trade for them while we wait or the discount won’t apply. Crappy customer service. To the management, this is an opportunity to re — train your employee on customer service skills which he is deficient in. Not the same experience from location to location. In fact, even the costing varied between your Superstition and Chandler locations. Hey or in line. To any future All Mobile Matters customers: I’m not down on this company just toys individual location. Vinnie at the Tempe Marketplace location is stellar based on my experience with him a few weeks ago which is why I was hopeful I would get the same experience at another location. Not the case.

I’m not sure where to start. First of all, the customer service was actually pretty good. Both techs I spoke with were kind and helpful and only mildly condescending. My problem, however, was the complete and utter incompetence with the work done to my phone. I broke the screen and digitizer to my Nexus 4 and decided to replace the entire LCD. When I called All Mobile Matters, i asked how much it would cost to replace it. Over the phone, they quoted me $ 130 and it took them about 10 minutes to take down my name and credit card information. They told me it would take about five business days for the part to come in and then they would call me. Seven days pass and no phone call, so I finally call them twice. The first time I had to text message them since their business has no voicemail and no one returned my inquiry. At least someone answered the second time. They had the part, it turns out, and no one bothered to give me a call. Then, they charged me an additional $ 40 for labor that nobody mentioned when I called in for a quote for a total of $ 170 + tax. So I bring my phone in and wander around the mall for an hour while they replace the LCD. I got my phone back and it looked brand new again, and I left pleased. Until I tried to turn it on. They had somehow managed to softbrick my Nexus. It was stuck in the load screen and continuously reboot without loading the OS. I brought it back and they had no idea what to do with it. Luckily for me, I am tech-savvy enough to flash it with a custom kernel but for anyone who can’t figure that out, their phone would have been completely ruined and totally unusable. So I got the phone working again only to find that the earphone jack was not working at all and had to bring the phone back AGAIN. They’d neglected to plug the module back into the motherboard when they took apart the phone. This was a quick fix, but I’d already had to go to the mall three times to get a job done that should have only taken a half an hour. Fix your phone yourself, these guys barely know what to do if they aren’t just replacing the screen on an Iphone.
