Quick, friendly, honest, and professional. Brought my cameras in for a cleaning, and would highly recommend Morris. Will happily go back.

Morris is one of the most knowledgable people in the state of Arizona when it comes to all types of cameras and camcorders. His service was fast reliable and he is very polite! He Was able to figure out the problem with my newer canon vixia that I had accidentally bottomed out on my tripod. Morris was able to identify the problem quickly and fix my camcorder in a very short amount of time. His prices are more than fair! I will definitely be coming to him for any other camera problems I have in the future. 10STARSERVICE

Morris is a great guy to work with! His prices for his services are more than fair. He can fix anything. Always ready to handle everything on my camera. Before every big shoot I’ll have my Canon 6D cleaned @ Arizona Camera Works.

I just called today and spoke to a gentleman who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, with my camera()FujiFlim S9200), I will get a better price for the requested service sending it back to the manufacturer, but he was very helpful and knowledgable and I appreciate his honesty. I would defintely use Arizona Camera Works for future needs and would recommend them to anyone!

Sick Sony Sensor I brought a Sony A7R into Morris’ shop that I had bought used online. When I got it, the sensor was really contaminated with some caked-on stuff; and I was pretty upset and sure I would be returning it. I surely didn’t want to mess with it. Well, Morris looked at it, and he said… hmmmmmmm. The same kind of hmmmmmm that a Doctor says when he sees something that’s not quite right at all, but doesn’t want to tell you. We both thought the sensor was thrashed.(Editorial note: it bugs me when people don’t take care of nice gear.) Well I left it with Morris for about an hour, and he was able to clean the sensor; so camera all good to go!(Whew!) Thanks, Morris! BTW, yes, the signage is lacking, but the talent isn’t. Also a bit hard to get to the right building(about three deep off the street). As a side note, he’s got some GREAT shots on his walls and it was good fun to chat about shooting and Canon gear and and other lenses. Go See Morris! Cheers

First of all, LOVE patronizing a locally-owned small business and ESPECIALLY one that is owned and operated by a military veteran. Second, a BIG thank you to Arizona Camera Works for looking at my camera and giving me tips on how to get it to work properly. I didn’t get charged a single dime for being told it was user error paired with a camera designed to be finicky(«it doesn’t want you to take a bad picture»). You can’t go wrong with this business!

I had some very special photos that somehow«got lost» from my memory card. They were not only able to retrieve my photos but also answer some questions about my camera that were very helpful! I definitely recommend!

Got the camera back from being repaired within a week. He was able to fix it for the price originally quoted, and the camera works beautifully! Will definitely return for any future repairs. Morris really knows his stuff and doesn’t mind sharing his knowledge so you know what you can expect from the repair.

Took my Canon AE-1 in for a repair when the shutter got stuck and the service was amazing! Morris was super nice, and the price was good too! Next time I have any camera problems this is where I’m going.

I used to have 7 Nikon D600 and 3D610. All of the them were returned except one due to the dirty sensor. Even the last D610 has been sent back to Nikon for warranty service twice. This review is for my other camera, D7000, having the same problem though. It is over a year old and has only 950 shutter count. It accumulated 20+ visible dirty spots without too many of lens changes. I don’t want to clean the sensor myself because it is a critical job. I’ve done it before without too much of fun. After reviewing camera repair shop in town, I decided to go to this shop because it is more reasonable in price and it is done by an experience professional, not by a technician hired by a company. It is not a short distance from my place. I ask the shop owner, Morris, if I can wait for the repair. He said OK for an hour. After having the lunch, I was told it took him 6 passes to get all the dirt out. Luckily, I didn’t do it myself. Coming back, I compare with the jobs done in Nikon Service Center. It appears the cleaning quality is better with Morris. That confirms my theory that a junior technician doesn’t come close to an experience professional.

While on vacation to Bryce, my camera strap broke and my Canon 6D took a nose-dive. It popped the shutter, and it nearly ruined my vacation… Once we got to Phoenix, I found Arizona Camera Works by chance, and I told the owner that I had a limited window(24 hours) to get the camera repaired. The repair would have been nearly $ 600 through Canon Pro Services, but Morris was able to finish the repair within a day, and it was 1⁄3rd the price of Canon’s repair. Quite simply, in 16 years as a professional shooter, I’ve seldom come across people with the knowledge and service level that ACW has. I was totally impressed, and may even consider sending my equipment out of state to Arizona just because of the quality service that this company provides. Very very very pleased.

Morris did a complex repair on an old Nikon zoom lens which required diss-assembly and reassembly of a complex mechanical device. Price was extremely reasonable and service very prompt. This is probably the best camera repair shop in the valley. He can work on anything from old completely mechanical cameras to the latest electronic device. Highly recommended.

I haven’t had a lot of experience or need for this business. I certainly am very happy and satisfied with the service and information Mr. Sanders provides. I feel he is very knowledgeable in the camera world.

I dropped my Panasonic Lumix DMCFZ150, and it no longer powered up. I tried everywhere in the Phoenix area,(I live in North Phoenix), as well as Panasonic, and no one, including Tempe Camera, would even look at it; they all wanted to send it away, which would cost $ 250+ and mean that I would have to buy a replacement camera at $ 500+ for an overseas trip I was about to leave on. Finally, as my last shot, I phoned Arizona Camera Works in Chandler, and spoke with Morris. He said he would be happy to have a look at my camera. I took it in and was able to speak face-to-face with Morris. Two days later it was fixed for $ 55, and I had it in time for my big overseas vacation, which saved me hundreds of dollars. This was a relatively simple repair, but from talking with Morris it seemed clear that he has extensive experience and a methodical problem-solving approach. He will be my first choice in future.
