Pawn Now – West Mesa

i don’t go to pawn shops, this one was what i thought it would be.

I haven’t been to many pawn shops, but this Pawn Now was noticeably the best experience. I wasn’t there any longer than I had to be, and I was helped by a friendly efficient employee. I was there to sell, but I noticed some great merchandise they had available for purchase. Definitely an enjoyable visit.

PAWNNOW is the best Pawn shop and shopping center throughout the whole State of Arizona. The staff here is amazing. You wouldn’t believe the deals you’re able to receive when purchasing products from this PawnNow location.
There’s nothing too big nor small that they aren’t able to have a solution for. They have just about every kind of products you can think of. I’m pretty sure that if you even needed a bike to go biking around the mountain– they’ll have just the right one, at the right unbeatable price.
My personal experience at this location was phenomenal! I needed a Laptop for school. The were just the right people to offer their help, allowing me to purchase the right one at an affordable price. I really like to spend wisely as too. I’m not going to disclose the price online but I’m pretty sure if you are «Shop savvy» or a «Price buster», PAWN NOW now could help you. They even have Layaway available.

In this day and age pawn shops seem to be a dying art. So, it nice to find one that still provides great service to its customers. Pawn Now is such a pawn shop and I am glad to know they are still out there supplying this service to individuals. Growing up in the seventies it seem like Pawn shops were all over the place now there are very few. This one is a testament to a business that seems to be becoming extinct at least in the state of Arizona that is.

I came here to get a loan, and i have to say… Everybody, every employee is so helpful! They have a great set of staff. The loan process was extremely easy and quick. The best part is their loan rate is SOOO low. I had no issue with anyone or anything. The staff knows what they are doing, they had no trouble and no bad attitudes. Thank you guys so much!

To agree with the first poster but a different person is very rudd. younger gentleman I did not get his name he seemed very cocky and seemed like a jerk anything I mentioned about gun he made it seem as if I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about he made my experience in the store very unpleasant and think the store would be better off without him I did not get his name like I said before but a description of him was young tall skinny carry a firearm was wearing a black shirt the other reps that were there at the time are very kind to me and showed me merchandise in the store this guy talking to me made me feel uncomfortable and like i was wasting his time for even coming into the store even though I have purchased the gun there before. He also spoke about his reviews online that they were low but with his attitude I wonder why he worked at a pawn shop so you would think he would have better customer service when I came back into the store he was speaking to another customer condescendingly and I even more was uncomfortable

Absolute worst experience pawning and purchasing with these guys. I usually am just buying things, so I’ll talk about that. They ask full retail for used stuff and add $ 1 accessories to make it look like they are saving you money! Such a rip off. Worst set of shops in the valley. 3 years I’ve been going back hoping something changed and still nothing. Go across the street to super pawn.

Rarely do I ever take the time to negatively review a business but this company would honestly deserve –5 stars.
First the overweight woman who I’m assuming is the manager there will do her best to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Speaking about a customer as if they weren’t there and making up her own pricing despite the fact that all merchandise there was clearly marked and priced.
I was there to purchase an item they had advertised on Craigslist. Despite the fact that I was working with another sales member there, she would constantly insert herself into our conversation, incessantly adding demands or negotiations which were unnecessary or unwarranted.
Finally upon closing the deal, once again she decides to add a caveat of one per person completely stopping me from purchasing 2. Fine, I call my brother to purchase the second item. He arrives 5 minutes later to purchase. However she refuses to sell it and says its been sold already! Really, sold while I’ve been standing there?! I can see the items on the shelf.
I’d have more of a time believing she ate it. But despite the fact that we were able to call her out on her lie, she still refused to sell it. I’ve never encountered a business that did not want to make money. But the fact that I was able to witness her shady practices first hand deserves a warning to all.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS OUTFIT! They are dishonest and unethical. If they are this bad when trying to buy, I can only imagine how awful they are on pawns. Go to superpawn, much better customer service!

Horrible ghetto pawn shop. Went to sell some silver and they are only in it for a buck. I had a 10oz bar and they offered me 240 $ when spot was 33.45. So basically she thought she could bank 100 $ off me. If you have gold your silver go elsewhere
