If there were 100 stars, they would be given! I recently purchased a townhouse and was blind to the musty smoke smell left behind from previous owners until I moved in. I was at a complete loss as to what to do until I Unilocaled odor removal and found AZ Odor Removal. I spoke at length with Doug, the owner, and he explained the process of mopping my air ducts/​the Pure Air treatment. With little faith, I made an appointment to have Doug come out because removing the smoke odor so that I could be happy was at least worth a shot. During the Pure Air treatment, I had to leave for 24 hours. Upon my return, I came back to an odor-​free townhouse. I told Doug that I wanted to wait a few days post-​treatment to know if I believe in the odor truly being removed… here I am a few days later and I can tell you that it worked! I am so much happier coming home and having people over and not being embarrassed by a smell I didn’t create. Doug is professional, kind, honest, knowledgeable, and the list goes on. He also did a great job communicating with me at every step of the process while I was gone. Do yourself a favor and call him if there is any odor that needs to be removed.

Professional well spoken cleaner who’ll save you time and money. Initially just calling he gave me about 15 mins of tips on how to try to eliminate odors yourself. Don’t be fooled into paying thousands of dollars use this service.

Great service, Attitude and professional. Got Vent cleaning done from these guys, it was quite extensive but the type of cleaning and the level of service provided was well worth it. The owner explained everything in detail and how his procedure is different from the industry standard. Not only did Doug get the job done in a timely manner, he went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly.
