If you need new color, Patrick is amazing. He has helped me on several occasions to find the right colors for my face and show me how to use the makeup will.

I absolutely love this store and love their products. It’s the only makeup I will use and have been using for 8 years. The staff here is wonderful and always willing to help and even offer to do your makeup even if you don’t plan on making any purchases. However, I went in this last Sunday to purchase their eyebrow powder and I asked to have someone help me figure out what shade would work best for me and the young girl who helped me was very unpleasant. I’m blonde and my eyebrows are a light brown and she put a shade that was clearly to dark on me and seemed irritated when I asked her to take it off and do the lighter shade. She acted as though I was interrupting her entire day and keeping her from more important things. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff here until then. I understand people have bad days but you don’t bring your crappy attitude to work with you. I will still shop here since I love the product’s but you can guarantee I will avoid her and make sure I get help from anyone else but her in the future.
