Bath and Body Works

Just visited today and I had a great experience. Based on the convenience of this location, I always go to this location at Chandler Fashion. The employees are always very helpful (especially now during the busy holiday season), the shelves are always stocked, and the store is very clean & well kept. The person at the register was very sweet and made sure to give me my coupon, even though I had just used one. I can’t say enough great thing. Keep up the good work!

I was rather disappointed by my most recent visit. There were no less than four people working the store (maybe 5) yet only one at the register stuck with a customer that was trying to nickel and dime her way through her purchase! So we stood there for 15 minutes waiting to check out! Honestly, on any other day I’d have walked straight out but my girls wanted special lotions for Teacher Appreciation day, which was the next day… so there we stood with my blood pressure rising each time an associate doing nothing wandered by. I should have grabbed a bottle of the stress relief hand sanitizer and doused myself in it! This is not my typical experience at this store, and as a result I’m still giving them 3 stars even though this particular visit was not a 3 star visit!
