Best customer service ever!
I came in with an issue related to an out of state purchase … Long story short — Jody was knowledgeable of the VS system, attentive, patient & resolved the issue. This store has earned my future business. 18 thumbs down to KOP plaza for their error & giving me the run around post purchase. #JodyRocks

I love Victoria’s Secret products, but I always order online because I hate going into the stores. The salespeople always try to give me awkward bra fittings in front of other random customers, or they just ignore me altogether.
However, I popped into this particular location a few weeks ago to return something I ordered online. The staff was so helpful! One of the girls came over right away, found out what I didn’t like about the leggings I had purchased, and recommended another product that was a much better fit. Everyone was super friendly, and throughout my 15 minutes in the store, 3 people spent time talking with me to help me find what I needed.
Even better, the store was incredibly well-​stocked! I wear a 32D, and VS locations rarely carry more than a few bras in my size. This one had so many! I’ll definitely come back :)

Worst customer service ever. No sign that tells the customers that we all need to wait in one line and then your lovely staff were so rude not to one of us, not the two of us, but the three customers. When I told the manager it seemed like she could care less! Worst service I’ve ever ever in my life gotten at Victoria’s Secret.

When I visited the store it was really busy so I didn’t expect to be helped but I was surprised that 3 employees came up to ask they could help my find something. The reason I am giving this store 2 stars is because of my experience during check out. The girl that rang me up barely acknowledged me and kept looking around the store while ringing me up like she was really bored. It’s confusing because as a cashier you really just have one job to do and she couldn’t do it right. A smile would have helped, anything would have helped! I think they lost me as a customer and that’s just too bad that one person could just ruin my whole experience.

Holy cow this store is full of bras. I’m not going to claim to be a bra expert because quite frankly as a man I usually don’t wear one, but I can tell you that this store has the bras that you want. Basically any size boobs will find a home here. They’ve got bras in every color, size, and shape. They’ve got bras for when you’re working out and bras for when you’re wearing a t-​shirt and bras for strapless dresses — it’s the damnedest thing.
Anyway, I wasn’t here shopping for me. I came here with my wife, and a word of warning: They only seem to have one chair to sit in while you wait for your special lady to have her breasts holstered. It’s bright pink and it’s got cushions stuffed on each side of it so that you kind of have to sit there with your legs together awkwardly while people run around waving bras and panties. It’s mildly entertaining, I guess, but it’s hard to make conversation when you’re just a single guy in a bra store.
This location also has some extras. If you want a bright pink cell phone case, they’ve got those. They also have wings like somebody cut them off of an angel — not sure how expensive those are but like I said, nobody seemed to want to chat with me or ask me if I wanted a pair, so I just stayed quiet. They also have some perfumes and body lotions and face salves and that kind of stuff — pretty good smelling stuff, to be honest.
In closing, if you’re a guy, don’t expect much here. It’s pretty much just ladies clothes and smelly-​goods. If you’re looking for sexy lingerie for your special woman, then eh — they’ve got some decent stuff I think. It’s a little hard to gauge that kind of thing when it’s on a mannequin with no arms or legs or head and there’s some kind of decapitated angel mannequin watching you from behind. I didn’t want people to think I was weird or anything, so I didn’t study the inventory too hard.

Diane was a great help, and went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. She is very positive and chipper, which makes all the customers have a better day, after being helped by her.

This victoria secret always has plenty of choices and sizes. I love the Pink line, cute colors and so comfy. I also like how the clothes fit large, not talking about the underwear, just the clothes.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST VS STORE YOU COULD SHOP AT. Staff is extremely rude, snarky and about as knowledgeable as a doorknob. Three separate occasions I have gone to this store and each one I’ve encountered more than one B*tchy and rude associate. I shop VS all the time and will be complaining to corporate. Save yourself a trip and go Anywhere else. Literally ANYWHERE! Every other VS store I have been to is great, so it’s sad that this one pretty much makes the whole brand look bad… Don’t, just don’t.

All around horrible. The store is absolutely gorgeous but the entire staff is snobby and rude.

This location has a very good customer service. I like the Pink World and Service the Staff gives. I usually don’t like much of VS things. I used to buy Nori Perfume by Victoria secret or I like Bath Wash or Ug’s. Rest their mists are good but doesnt last for long. The one that i like was Vanilla and pre seduction. At times they have good deals when you register your email with them. You get to avail Free offers with no purchase necessary. Which is like just by signing up your email with them. However you have to do some purchase before availing that.

Lines are always long here and they never seem to have enough cashiers. I do love that they are willing to take multiple coupons in the same transaction.

Love VS, this store is nice; albeit crowded. The only thing I dislike is the size limits. Most VS’s have to order things online for me.

I love this Victoria’s Secret location. I have issues with the brand, because they are somewhat limited on bra sizes, but my review today is based on the customer service and organization at this particular VS. I am a frequent shopper at VS, and I have never once had a bad experience here. The ladies at the fitting room are great and are not only helpful, but they socialize with the customers and help them feel at ease. I’ve been in there so often that several employees recognize me and ask how things have been! This store is more organized than other locations– all the undies, bras, and clothes are folded or hanging nicely, instead of in a pile of mixed sizes like I’ve seen at other stores. Love this store and love the customer service!

Best bras ever! Love all of their stuff. Not too much of a fan as far as their scents and makeup are concerned, but their underwear and bras are awesome!

Seriously, there needs to be some kind of 12-​step program for this!
Yes, it’s a corporate chain. Yes, it’s part of Limited Brands. But not once have I ever experienced poor customer service at this location. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful, bordering on Stepford Wives nice, haha!
The worst thing that’s happened? A pushy Sales Associate aggressively trying to push a Bombshell, «ADD TWO CUP SIZES!» bra on me and a couple other busty-​looking customers. Umm. .. one, false advertising, two, NO THANK YOU!
Also, I wish they sold their swimwear line here. Always fun playing «size roulette» when ordering online.
Things I love:

2) AWESOME Semi-​Annual Sale in January and July
3) 5/​$ 26 Cotton Lingerie. .. Sometimes 7/​$ 26. .. PANTY RAID!
4) 3/​$ 33 most other styles (Angels, Incredible, Very Sexy, The Lacie, etc.)
5) Merchandise stands the test of time. Hasn’t fallen apart in the wash. .. yet.
My last trip here, they were out of my size in a basic color of an Angels Bra. The Sales Associate whips out an iPad, and has it shipped to my house. .. paid nothing for shipping!
I will continue shopping at this location — Can’t wait to see the remodeled store!

The ladies here are such a helpful team. They greet everyone imediately when you walk in and offer to start dressing rooms and offer the store shopping bags so you’re not toting around many things in hopes you do not drop something. The kindness and attentiveness is overall the reason I keep coming back to this location. I will never stop shopping VS and as long as the standards here do not change I will not stop coming to this specific location.

Never had any problems with customer service at this location. I try to limit myself to shopping in January and July during their semi-​annual clearance sales only since there prices are on the higher side. The hoodies are SUPER comfortable and I love their Love Spell fragrance.

Great customer service!
This is where I usually buy my undergarments. I bought a bra and after a few times wearing it one of the straps broke.
I took it back to the store. I didn’t have the receipt, so I was assuming they would not be able to take it back. The gal that helped me said it would be no problem at all and gave me store credit. She was so nice and never even questioned the situation.
They provide complimentary fittings and the dressing rooms are beautiful.
PS. Ladies, try the new Incredible Bra. It really is incredible!

Horrible customer service. Everyone is completely rude. If you’re a guy there to buy a gift, you’ll get looked at like you’re from Mars or some kind of pervert. Elsa in particular is horrible. She is condescending, obnoxious, and unhelpful, which may be why the rest of her subordinates are the same way. I tried to address my bad experience with her and she tried to put it back on me. Maybe the people working there are so brainwashed they don’t realize how snotty they are to people. I usually have a miserable experience at this store, with the passive-​aggressive salespeople who ignore you, then are astounded that you want help, then rush to help you and get you out, all while using corporate-​speak to pretend they’re nice. H-​O-​R-​R-​I-​B-​L-​E.
Tempe location is MUCH better, I gave it 4 stars because people actually help you there.
