So I go to this location often and always spend $ 250 atleast maybe even more. So recently that last two times I’ve gone I’ve had the worst customer service by the STORE MANAGER I walked in one time to actually return some clothes which were under the rental stroller so not noticeable at all. i walk around for a while looking at clothes to do an exchange instead of a return but this whole time I’m looking the store manager is staring at speaks on her mic and then I see a sales associate walking towards me and ask if I needed help I said no. so I’m looking still and I look up and the STORE MANAGER is staring!!! so I grabbed a shirt I wanted and checked out and told the cashier I didn’t want the shirt! Their serviced wasn’t acceptable!!! So TWO WEEKS later I go again I only had my wallet with me no purse nothing which I left my wallet outside in another shopping bag with my husband and I’m looking around I’m in the clearance section and I hear the STORE MANAGER ask the sales associate to ask me if she can get a room started I believe I had a shirt in hand. i said no since I had my husband waiting for me (I usually never try anything on) so the sales associate responds saying I already did and the STORE MANAGER says and what she say. so I’m walking away to look at something else and the STORE MANAGER then askes me if I need a fitting room :0!!! I was like no I dont!!! And keep walking almost towards the front of the store and then call my husband and tell him I’m ready. This is a bad!!! If I don’t need your help, a damm fitting room, or I’m looking around for a long time I know it might seem weird but being a MANAGER requires this skills and if you don’t have them you shouldn’t be a STORE MANAGER.
Yet I will still go their since I love BEBE Buttttttt NOT THEIR EMPLOYESS!!! Atleast that store manager, Pamela I believe is her name skinny tall green/​hazel eyes what I could remember

I don’t go out often or wear skimpy clothes, but came to Bebe to find a dress for an upcoming Vegas trip. I’m so glad I did! I found the staff to be Über helpful and on point. They even walked over to the alterations shop with me to make sure the items I picked were altered correctly and that their shop covered the charge. I now see that Bebe has great work dresses for conferences and such. Not all of their clothes are revealing. I also love the accessories and get compliments whenever I wear them :)

I don’t go out much, nor do I usually buy myself an awfully short and revealing cocktail dress.
But my girls and I wanted to make a weekend trip to Vegas and I needed something club worthy. So here I am at the mall, I usually go for Guess, but I came here instead because the clothing seemed more colorful. I’m usually a black dress girl, but I decided to go against it this time and get something with a punch of color.
This Leopard Mesh Bustier Dress caught my see. I hesitated since it was small, (and I am no longer a small at all), but tried it on anyways. Yeah. There was no way I was able to zip it up.
The salesperson asked me how I did and I was sad it didn’t fit. She suggested that I can prepay for Medium size from the Kierkland store and have it delivered for free to my house OR I can go to the store and try on a Medium and pay later. So I decided to pay first and have them deliver to my house.
HOLY SMOKES it was sexy. It was incredible and fit perfectly. I’ve never said «I MUST HAVE this dress» until this experience. Exceptional service and dress.
