Cathy Carter is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. My husband and I started our search and couldn’t decide whether or not we really wanted to make the move. Regardless of our back and forth ways, in over a year she never lost contact or seemed inconvenienced when we wanted to look at a property. Cathy found us our DREAM home! And sold our prior home in 3 days! Yes, 3! She has a way of making you feel like you are her only client. She almost always answers her phone and if for some reason she doesn’t, you hear back from her in minutes. She is professional and extremely knowledgable. She has an incredible way of putting you at ease during the sometimes (ok most of the time!) exasperating process of buying and selling your home. Plus, she is a straight shooter which I appreciated!
