I’ve tried contacting Chandler School of Fine Arts on several occasions for violin lessons for my daughter. I called, but no one answered the phone. I left voice mails, but no one ever called me back. I emailed the school and no one returned my emails. I made all of these attempts at the beginning of summer, so I figured they must not be giving lessons during the summer break. Since school is back in session, I’ve decided to give it another try and what do you know… still no answer when I call and once again I can’t get any one to return my calls. Finally, I decided to go to the school to see what is going on. The receptionist for the church greeted me and said that no one was in that could help me with registration and she wasn’t sure when someone would be there. Even though their website states that they are open from 8:00 a. m to 4:00 p.m. She walked me back to where the school is and introduced me to the supervisor who also had no clue when someone would be in that could help with registration. The supervisor wasn’t able to give any information at all, including the length of their semester and the exact cost of each lesson. I’m not sure what he is there to supervise. He said that he would take my information and have someone give me a call. Well, guess what, no one has called. What a waste! I think it is time to move on.
