Jeff and his team have always been on point! I’ve never had any service issues in the last four years that I’ve done business with Complete Aquatic Solutions. I always recommend them to friends searching for a new pool cleaning and service company. You can call other places if you want, but you will always come back to Jeff and his team for the service you deserve. He is always there when you need them in the most professional manner. Great Pool company. I bought a used home with a pool that needed some work and used these guys. I had a leak in my system that cause loss of power. They fixed it quickly and gave me a really good deal on parts/​labor
I used them again to do a plaster repair on a big rust spot. They came out and fixed it quickly. I was also interested in Acid wash but didn’t want to spend alot of money.
They were kind enough to give me detailed instructions on how to do it myself. Great people!

I’ve been using these guys for my last two homes pool service. I really like them. There have been three people that I deal with, from the owner of the company, to two employees that will show up. On every occasion that I’ve dealt with them for repairs, troubleshooting, or quotes for new toys for the pool, they’ve been honest and fair.
Outside of that, I rarely come into contact with them. They come within a day of their scheduled window. In the rare occasion that they are running late beyond that window, the owner of the company has called me to alert me and they show up.
They are a pool company. They aren’t GE. They don’t change the world. With pools, they kick ass. They get done what I expect them to get done and I don’t have to worry about my pool. I like that.
Regarding the one star review by someone with a clear axe to grind… Read it. There’s a lot missing there. It looks like a rental tenant with no say in schedule, frequency, payment, etc. For all anyone knows the company and the homeowner could have billing issues, like non-​payment or slow payment, a frequency that is less than the tenant is privy to, or a ton of other things that you can imagine when you only have one side of a story told by a person that really isn’t even involved.
Family or not, what homeowner with the expense of a pool really wants it to be a moldy fly trap? Yeah, definitely a lot missing from that story.
Unless you have done business with a company yourself, a positive or negative review is worthless.

Complete Aquatic Solutions is by far a professional, experienced and quality service. Being out of state, I rely on Jeff to take care of my waterfall/​pool and spa combo. He does an amazing job and incredibly personable, reliable and has on some occasions done some light gardening and landscaping to help keep foliage from going into the pool. I highly recommend Jeff, he’s again dependable, honest, punctual, hard working and my tenants report always being able to use he pool at any time, day or night.
