I am so thankful for the great work Carlton has done! He charged as what he quoted at a quite reasonable price! The payment is worthy! He worked one more extra hour to clean the carpet without extra charges! The carpet was like new ones after his cleaning! Besides his professional work and reasonable price, Carlton was very patient and kind as well as polite! I really appreciate his fantastic work! And I would recommend my friends whoever need professional carpet cleaning! I did not have Unilocal account previously, but I open one now just for expressing my appreciation of his great work and kindness!

Carlton did a fantastic job of getting out the pet stains and extra wear in high traffic areas. His attention to detail made a huge difference in how good the carpet looked at the end. He moved the furniture with care and provided booties at the end to help me keep everything looking great. He was very polite and personable. I really appreciated how concerned he was with doing an exceptional job.

Carlton (I think was his name) quoted us a price over the phone and didnt charge any more once he got here. He stayed for hours until everything came up. He got out chocolate milk stains, heavily soiled stains from heavy traffic, and even lipstick. It looks better now than when we first moved in! I’ll use this company everytime from now on.

These guys show up and work until the job is done *and* charge what they quote! He spent at least an extra hour to get the heavy stains out… great job!
