Recently moved to this side of town and got tired of driving to our old barber. My husband found this barber, I was kind of nervous to have my babies try a new place. And even though the neighborhood isn’t the best, the employees are great. Josue cut my husbands hair and youngest sons hair… did an AWESOME job! My youngest is 3, and moved quite a bit… but he had patience and got the job done great. He also made my husband very happy. One of the top barbers for sure, also very friendly. My oldest son got his hair cut by a lady, and even though she wasn’t too friendly… she cut his hair good. Didn’t do a front line up, but everything else was good (: Highly recommend this place!

I’m so happy I found this barber shop. I like my hair short so I get a cut about every 10 – 14 days. The guy I go to does a great fade. I highly recommend this place.

my boyfriend recently went in to get a simple haircut and the woman completely messed it up… he did not ask for anything complicated and he came home with the most UNEVEN haircut of all time… he is too nice to say anything but I figured a Unilocal review was necessary.

I DO NOT recommend this barber shop! Not even to my worst enemy! My son asked for his hair to be cut, 1 inch on the sides, and 1 and a half inches on the top. My son also told him how he likes to gel his hair up in the front. The barber scalped his hair shorter than a fresh military recruit! And then tried to blame it on my son, saying he wanted it that way, a 1 on the side and a 1 and a half on top. I hate to break it to you, but inches are WAY different than «barber numbers»!! And this guy was supposedly the «Manager»??? He wouldn’t speak to me when I asked for the manager, so I had to confront him while he worked on his next victim. Completely unprofessional, no compassion, no customer service, and I’m pretty sure he was on drugs of some kind. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I called looking for a specific cut for my 9 year old and 6 year old son. They got them right in same day and did the exact cut my boys wanted! So happy with the cuts! Great place!

Took my 4 year-​old here and he got a great cut. I was very impressed with the barber! I will be coming back to Douglas Barbershop again!

I have been coming here for about a year. 4 or 5 barbers there have cut my hair. They all do a great job, are courteous, and the price is reasonable. The barbers all know what they are doing and are attentive to details. I have nothing bad to say about this establishment. Excellent barber shop.

Went here for the first time today on the recommendation of a friend. Micah did a great job and I’ll definitely be back next time I need my hair cut!

Got a great hair cut here from «Eric.» My hair lays well, he suppressed my cowlick, and did a good job cleaning up my neck too. Nice job!

Second time we’ve been here. The wait is the usual barber shop wait, maybe 10 — 20 mins.
The first time we had a different barber (didn’t get his name) he did a nice job, didn’t take forever… was nice enough, charged us a fair price for a 6 year old sized head: o)
Yesterday we had the asian guy… that sounds stupid I know, but I didn’t catch his name. But lemme tell you, he’s frickin AWESOME… very precise, very fast, and just did an awesome job. We get Dom a #1 on the sides and #2 on top, line up the front, sides and neck — this is the best hair cut he’s ever had. adorable little man! The barber lined him up with a straight razor! I almost had a heartattack, but the end result was very CLEAN.
If you want a great hair cut that looks like its worth 50 bucks for the low low price (for kids) of 12 bucks, go here. These guys are hard workers and know what they’re doing.
They have a pool table in there, but I didn’t see any balls or que’s? So, maybe next time we can play while we wait? 2 tv’s in there playing sports. Rap/​Hip Hop/​Spanish Hip Hop playing on the speakers (unsensored — if you care).
