El burrito loco is basically a food truck in a nondescript plaza close to downtown Chandler. Ordered a handful of street tacos — fairly tasty, the asada was probably the best. The carnitas torta could’ve had more meat though. Should probably mention that it is cash only and it would really help if you speak Spanish when you order. Overall, not bad but I much prefer Taqueria Mi Casita.
