Unbelievably high standards for customer care! The manager Cory B. was very helpful with the equipment probelm I found myself in on such a short notice. I’ve been in this hobby since I was a kid and have seen many stores come and go in the valley… These guys definitely know how to build customer relationships!
It was also nice to find a shop that supports the new FAA guidelines and takes public safety seriously. The new rules being past down can be frustrating because we hear something new all the time. They definitely have the right attitudes. Keep up the good work guys, thanks again.

Okay, everyone knows I am a skeptic when I hear about a great place. Drove 105 miles round trip to check out Drones Plus. I walked in the door and Cory was busy with a customer but took the time to acknowledge me, smiled, and said it would be a moment.
Great start… right? It only gets better from there. While Cory was working with his customer, the close knit family value of Drones Plus came into play and in moments, I felt so at ease. Even though I am waiting for my Phantom 3 to arrive later in the week, Cory took the time to explain pretty near anything I needed to know and of course invited me back if I had any questions or concerns.
I felt so comfortable and well respected that I felt a bit guilt buying my drone from DJI itself. Oh how I wish I would have know about them 5 days ago!

I am a professional real estate photographer and videographer and I can tell you that it is hard to get all the stuff we need in one place with the support to boot but when I came in to see the store, I was shocked! They appeared to cater to the professional side of the industry. Not only did they have everything and anything that I needed, they also had the wealth of knowledge to go with it including honest recommendations! Heck they even offered financing and Insurance, Who does that with these??! No matter how rough it may be in this industry at the moment, Drones are here to stay and these are the guys that will take you were you need to go in the future. Hobby shops sell toys, these guys mean business and they are there for you after the sale and beyond! Thanks for the great service Cory you rocked it with Over and above service. Bravo!

Looking for a great place for a drone and aerial camera, this place has so many options. All I can say is go online check their website out and get into a store seeing a live demo of what they have in store! You will be amazed. DJI keeps getting better and the prices are so much easier on the pockets now.
