Terrible place to live. Tiny apartments infested with roaches, constantly running the sprinklers, a bunch of unqualified management and staff(aside from maintenance), and outdated appliances and buildings. They do not care about current tenants, only new ones(commission based realtors as management staff). If you can find a company outside of the Gila Springs corporation to live under, do so. This is a money grubbing corporation that would allow a dead body to live in an apartment as long as rent was paid on time.

«How not to manage a community» lessons can be learnt from these ppl. One manager tells us one thing n then she gets transfered n other staff simply refuse to co-operate. Result? We end up losing money n a raw deal. The location is why people come here n the gila ppl take advanrage of that. Rates are always going up. The apartments are smaller than any other communities in the area. Wont recommend it to anyone, not even for $ 200 referal reward.

— Terrible and money eating! — I guess, I only took apt here cause office was next door /walkable. and I was new to area. were good while we were there, but totally robbed while leaving. I moved to another apt which is ~3 or 4 miles from here but rent is more than $ 200 less. for about same size apt . office staff is not so workaholic. Manager told me «I have to manage more than 100⁄125 apts!!!, I can;t help you much» … Gee: D, I was like«that’s your job! that’s why you get paid. and 125 is not that much of a big number huh for like 4 folks to manage. Not to forget Super Rude and ignorant.
