River Ranch Apartments

HORRIBLE! If you want to walk out of your apartment and step in a pile of dog poop, this is the place for you. You might get lucky and get your car keyed as well. Plenty of traffic at night to the same apartments. Funny how it’s not always the same people going to them at 1am. At least you’ll never need a prescription when your neighbors already have their own pharmacy. Stay away from this place. You’ve been warned.

If I could rate a no stars I would. This place is the definition of awful. The pictures are very deceiving. Do not be fooled! The apartments look nothing like them. It looks like a 1980’s motel room. Paint on the cabinets. The gym is not an offered amenity, in fact they want you to pay $ 50 just to use it! The two grills they have are broken and they’ve blamed it on the gas company for months. Joke! No one picks up after their pets because they don’t provide bags for clean up.
The office staff lied to me. They managed to charge me $ 250 extra on top of my rent before I could leave. It’s almost like the they did it on purpose or they’re just incompetent. I paid $ 1000, when it should have been $ 750, for the worst one bedroom apartment on the planet! I’m still disgusted. I tried to contact property management by faxing in a huge letter addressing my concerns and no response. They just don’t care! I could go on and on. Please steer very clear or you’ll be sorry people!

The complex feels safe and modern’ish on the outside. The inside is very outdated and charging what rooms in Scottsdale charge. Not all of Scottsdale but much nicer this. Heck several complexes down the road in chandler are WAY nicer and actually have dance with lights.
The washer and dryer are noisy as hell and inefficient. They also try and charge you separately for these appliances even if you have the old old ones to help pay for those who have nice ones. That’s bullshit.

I am a new resident there were a few things wrong with my apartment but I went to the front office and they put in a order and it was completed within 48 hours which is unheard of from previous apartments I’ve lived in so I am super happy with my choice at river ranch and not to mention Everything is within a mile of me

I have lived here for over a year and it is a great place to live, the staff is great and the maintence crew is wonderful. This is a great location I would recommend river ranch.

Lived here a year and half. Constantly asked for bathroom to be fixed after «repairs». Never was. Black mold in closet & filthy carpet when we got the keys to place.
Drunken people sitting on balcony across the way arguing at 2a.m., pool was green with algae during summer, dog crap everywhere. Than when we move out they try tho slap us with a fee of things that were broke when we moved in!
We moved in quick because we were new to town and needed to find a place fast. Huge mistake. Steer very clear of this place!
