Great Clips

Very disappointed. I always use online check-​in because it means very little to no wait. It showed a 15 minute wait this past weekend so we got there around 15 minutes after check-​in so on time. A lady walked in right before us and she didn’t check in online. After she checked in, I informed the stylist that we checked in online. She told me it would be a 15 minute wait as the lady was before us. I told her we checked in online so we should be helped first and she said that is not how it works, that online check-​in means that you check in but that walk-​ins who arrive before us would be helped before us. So why check in online if it’s the same as walk-​ins? It is the first time that this happened, every other time we «jumped» the line over walk-​ins when we checked in online. That’s the whole idea behind checking in online.
Then another stylist gave my son a really bad haircut. She was nice especially compared to the first stylist but my son’s hair looks like I’ve cut it. It is clearly uneven and there are gaps. Unfortunately because she «spiked» his hair, we only noticed it after his shower. I’d rather drive further to another Great Clips or pay the extra money to go next door to Snip Its.

Disappointed at best. Still paid $ 11 for each kids hair cut plus tip. Won’t be back

Took the kids for haircuts on a Sunday night at 5:30. As soon as we walked in they complained about having customers 30 minutes before closing. Asked for my oldest sons hair to be left longer and scissor cut on top. While sitting with the younger one the stylist decided to completely ignore my request and used clippers to shave the top. When I asked her why she didn’t use scissors she said she didn’t know how! His haircut is absolutely horrible. I could’ve done a better job at home. It’ll take weeks before it’s even long enough to fix. I wouldn’t go back to this place if the haircuts were free.

Worse haircut ever! They butchered my bangs! Don’t seem to understand «don’t go any shorter!» Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! If she didn’t know how to point cut she should of been honest!

I have a VERY simple «short on top, clipper on sides/​back» hairstyle and can’t see paying the price the salons — or the «barbershops» that seem to be the rage — want to charge. I’m getting a haircut, not a massage, not watching NFL network, hanging with the guys, etc., etc. A haircut, minor pleasantries and I’m on my way.
Works every time for me, I’ve never had a problem at this location. That said, my wife would never go here and my son has had a few bad experiences, so it’s off his list too. He’s younger, longer haired and needs a certain style.
You can get the occasional coupon in those snail mail ads that clog up your mailbox, saving you a few more bucks.
Simple cut + reasonable price = good experience. I’ll save my money here and fork it out for my son’s rock star cut at another place. :)
