Before I let Roxy do my hair, my hair was a hot mess. I mean, we’re talking breaking ends, frizziness, everything wrong with it from years of box dying, over heating, misuse of the wrong product, and bad hair cuts. The first time she did my hair, the transformation was night and day. I nearly cried because the change was really that amazing. I knew from that first time I’d be following her through her hair styling career. Since then, she’s been working at Regis for some time now. All of the girls at Regis are super friendly to everyone and do QUALITY work. But Roxy is the only one I’ll ever trust with my hair. We’ve done color, cuts, trims… and every single time it looks like a total transformation. I just wanna take her home with me so I can have that look every day, lol. Every time, she listens to exactly what I want, and she takes my ideas and makes them BETTER! There’s been a few times where I’ve sat down in the chair and go «Just do whatever» because I can trust her!

I would love to keep Ahn a secret from everyone, but she is so good I can’t help but write a review about her. She actually listens to what you want done and lets you know if that’s going to work with your hair. She is always on time for her appointments and never has me waiting. She’s efficient and quick, but doesn’t rush through anything. I’ve been there to see other stylists, but the quality is not the same. If you want an amazing cut and superior color, do yourself a favor and give her a call. Her experience in the business can’t be beat!

I was concerned about going to a mall to get my hair done, but it’s not an issue. Appoints are always on time, no waiting for other to finish. The color is perfect every time, no more gray here. All the other women that work there are friendly and very talkative, makes a person feel welcomed.

I was just going in to get a quick trim for myself and my two little girls (which can be hard at times). However, the staff was able to get us in very quickly and pretty much all at the same time. My eldest ended up changing her mind after the initial trim and the young lady styling her hair was very accomodating in allowing her back in the chair to fix it to exactly how she wanted it. Thank you to the ladies of Regis (camille, Ann, and Caroline).

I was out of town for a while and I was in major need of getting my hair cut and colored. I always have a hard time trusting new stylist, especially with my Asian hair. It was a big risk but I decide on Regis at the Fashion Mall. I had awesome experience here. Hayley, my stylist, was very knowledgeable and gave me what I wanted. I love my haircut and color. She did a wonderful job on my A-​LINE stack haircut. LOVE IT! I highly recommend HAYLEY! She was lots of fun and professional.
