I went to this store to buy my summer clothing, the ladies their would not wait on me. Very rude ladies, they need better customer service. I am from Yuma Az and shop in Phoenix so i decided to go to the mesa store. The ladies were so friendly and i will continue going their. I was so upset with the way i was treated at the chandler store, that I wanted to call their corporate office. Actually i have been to all the J Jill stores in the Phoenix area and the Chandler store is the worst. My name is Olivia Olague phone number is 928−276−2816

The worst store ever. The ladies that work here were so rude and also snapped at my kids every time they even got near to touch something. You would think that everything was made out of gold here but it isn’t in fact it’s just an old lady store with cranky old ladies who work at it.
