I went to this location to pick out a bag for my birthday and the store had a great selection of nice bags, but the customer service is lacking. There were 5 or 6 employees standing around and chit chatting but during the 20 minutes that I was there, no one came to greet us or inform us of the sale of the day. I had to ask an employee for the discount sheet that they were giving to some other people. When I checked out, I didn’t even get a dust bag for my tote, which they usually provide. I’ve been to this location before and haven’t had any issues with the customer service, but this visit was dissappointing. Love my purchase but the experience was sub par.

Best retail customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I do not live close to this location but went there two weekends in a row because of an awesome sale they were having. The store is a bit cramped/small but they tried to limit the number of people in there at a time, which helped some. Not sure if it’s always like that or if that’s just during major sales. Anyway, I’m new to Kate Spade products but they were all very helpful with suggestions and listened to me as far as what I do and don’t like about particular styles. They are friendly without being pushy and they don’t rush you if you are trying to decide. Samantha T and Kendall K are the two who have probably helped the most!

I normally shop at the Kate Spade store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. I must say I really liked the selection of purses that this location had. The store was very busy and the staff had everything under control. Everything was very professional. Friendly staff, the girls were not pushy trying to sell you things that you didn’t need. An associate was always around so I didn’t have to go looking for someone. I also liked that they greeted each customer. Very nice! They also had enough cashiers so I didn’t have to wait long to check out. Mrs. Kate Spade would be proud.

I received an apology from the store manager and decided to return to the store. I’ve received much better customer service and purchased two new bags in the past few days. The sales associate Rebecca was very helpful and knowledgable.

By far, one of my favorite designers, I was thrilled to learn that KS had a formidable outlet store in Chandler. The space is bright, whimsical and cheery, like all KS locations. I’ve found great buys on dresses, purses, wristlets and accessories. The sales associates are all helpful and upbeat. Frequent 20% off coupons can be acquired through Casino books and at Outlets, and you can sign up for email notifications to add them to in store promotions. They also offer a 15% Military discount. Wish list would include shoes and more clothing options. For those who don’t like logos all over their purses yet still prefer classics and quality, KS remains the quirky oh-so-NY option. I’m an an uberfan!

Service is friendly and they have better stuff than the outlet in Livermore. Would come back. Good place to buy gifts.

I love Kate Spade. Love them even more that it’s so deeply discounted. Bought a crossover purse for only $ 140. Lots of discount stores in Arizona(such as Nordstrom Rack) do sell KS for around the same prices but you get a much bette selection at this outlet store.

I can’t say enough good things about the exceptional customer service at this location! They go above and beyond for their customers, and really go the extra mile. I have been shopping with them for about a year now, and I am consistently truly impressed with how they take care of their customers. Great product, great prices, great people!

I love the fact that the new outlet mall in Chandler has a Kate Spade store. I am a huge fan of their stuff. The only downside is that they don’t have shoes! There are a lot of handbags, wallets, jewelry, scarfs and even a few dresses. But alas, no shoes. Their prices are not necessarily bargain basement cheap but still a good discount from what you would find at a non-outlet store. They do have sales frequently and you can get on their email list if you want to be notified.
