First of all, it’s a Michael Kors store, so of course it’s awesome! I’m a huge fan of all things Michael Kors and I’m grateful that there’s a location at Chandler Mall which is so close to my house. The best thing about this location is that they always get samples of the most recent trends. Unfortunately, it’s not a flagship store and therefore the selection is somewhat limited to the bare minimum — but don’t get me wrong, the selection is always enough to walk out with a new pair of shoes, a new purse, a new watch, a new pair of sunglasses and a new fragrance.(see pics) The staff is always extremely helpful in the store as well as keeping in contact via email mailing lists. My only complaint is that I wish the store was bigger with a bigger selection. For a full selection of all things Michael Kors check out: I 4⁄5 highly recommend Michael Kors Chandler Mall location.

I love Michael Kors items and have purchased 6 bags and 6 watches the problem I am having is with the watches I have 5 watches that all need some kind of repair and when I have taken to store I am told I have to call service number on book that came with box, and then have to ship my watches to the service department and my own expense and pay $ 55 service fee for each watch. For the price of the watches I would expect better service in house and not have to ship off and wait several days or weeks for return on fixed watch. Just saying my daughter purchased a watch of a different brand in same mall and was able to take to counter have repaired within the hour at no charge.

This review is not necessarily indicative of the beautifully displayed shop nor its staff but rather the product. When I purchased this bag I was so excited due to its beauty, elegance and sophistication. To complement it before my first use, I went in search of the matching Michael Kors pumps which took a while to locate since they were out at the MK shop as well as several large department stores. After both were purchased, I wore my purse and shoes with my pearls, pride, and a big smile. However, the smile soon turned upside down when after 2 uses, the purse began to slouch significantly on the left side and would not stand on its own when set on a table. Rather, it would simply tilt over and fall to the floor. I immediately contacted Michael Kors’ Customer Service, the first time ever as I own many of his purses, belts and shoes, to voice my displeasure with the $ 400 purse. Immediately after submitting pictures, I was told soft leather sags. I mentioned that this was not a soft leather but rather a hard leather and they finally conceded to have me ship the purse back«at my expense» to have it evaluated which I immediately did. Because of the high tech complexity of the purse #sarcasm!#, it took a month for customer service to respond. It was only after I actively pursued them for a response that I found out my purse had been returned. I received it with no explanation, no apology, nothing! Just a big box with a slouching black Large Hamilton. I contacted them again only to be told there was«no quality defect.» I have since asked for more detail in the evaluation. Bottom line is I am stunned and disappointed that such a highly regarded Fashion Icon would allow their product to display such failure. I will now not use it as my Power Purse but as a display of what quality is not. My «Made in China» purse does definitely not display the quality of competitors who manufacture their handbags in America or Europe. And FYI, «made in China» = huge margins so you would think they could invest in customer service. I once had hope but sadly will remain disappointed. #michaelkorsdisappoints #michaelkorsmadeinchina I have since re-evaluated my Brand purchasing decisions.

I had two awesome experiences at this store. First, when I went in to make my purchase, Josh was awesome and made great recommendations. I had my two year old niece with me and the staff was completely accommodating as I was trying to make my decision. Second, I had come across some scratches on my beautiful new bag which I was totally devastated about. I took it in in hopes of getting an exchange and yet again the staff took care of me no questions asked! I will definitely be adding some Michael Kors items to my Christmas list this year.

This store is, well, fabulous. Of course! The store itself is very spacious and have purse on purse on purse. Also, they have MK clothing, watches, sunnies, and other jewelry. The staff is friendly, however, once one of them latches on to you, they will follow you around and the only way to shake them(short of telling them to back off) is to leave. Nonetheless, they are very helpful and have a lot of product knowledge. I came here(all the way from tucson) to exchange the watch my husband surprised me with. His watch had a white face, however, I like gold on gold on gold and that’s what I got! If you come here, don’t plan on leaving empty handed. I can’t wait to come back!!!

I absoulutely love shopping here! Everytime i walk in im greeted, but not in a pushy sales way. Everyone is so nice and the inventory is gorgeous! Its a clean store and they always have a sale wall which is nice because Micheal Kors is not ALWAYS in everyones budget. Will be back soon for my next purse! I wish i could work here!
