These guys ripped me off delivered half a couch and are ignoring my calls and emails now! Went to find their office but nothing is there have left over ten messages and several emails now I’m stuck with not even a full couch and a finance company that won’t help me

Nothing ticks off more than a company not being open when they say they are. After getting totally frustrated with their website. We decided to got to the warehouse that was supposed to be open till 700 but when we got there at 630 it was shut tight. never going back

I recently purchased a dining room set from Pigsty. It was just what I was looking for, and at a fantastic price. The customer service was very good. They called me regularly with updates and questions. They delivered it very quickly, the delivery truck drivers are very friendly and even call to let you know they are on their way! I had a warranty issue with my table and a new set was ordered promptly and replaced 100% no questions asked. I would highly recommend any of my family and friends to My Pigsty.

So like I thought this furniture is cheaply made and over priced. My husband sits on the couch and we hear a spring or something pop! REALLY??? This really sucks. It’s financed and I have no clue what to do now. I just can’t believe this. I wonder if all pigsty furniture is like this or we just were unlucky and got sold a dud?!

I went to this store looking for a bed set for my Three year old. THe experience in store was fine. I picked out the bed, the trundle and bedding. The delivery expectation was 4 to 6 weeks. THe bed appeared in two and half. delivery was fast and easy. Bed was fine quality. Not expensive. I kept checking in on bedding. Apparently they discontinued it and refunded my account and didnt feel the need to communciate that to me. Thats bad service. My little girl was asking everyday when her bedding was coming. Its been 11 weeks and no word on the trundle. I have a mattress taking up space needing a place to go. I called two weeks ago. Answer: «let me go check. We had a delivery from that vendor yesterday. I will call you back to tell you as soon as I lay eyes on your trundle. I will call you back if I see your trundle and to set up delivery». No call back. Here I am two weeks later. Emailed them again. Inexcusable to be so non-communicative.

I was able to get a great deal on a Mattress and other furnishings for my children’s room. The Employees were very helpful and personal to my needs. The Kids store is such a unique option to find items that are needed in our kids rooms.

We had such trouble w/our delivery and set up. It took over a month, they never had the hardware the 4 times they came to assemble the bed. They missed a delivery appointment which was my final straw! I demanded they pick up the crappy, scratched, unmatched bed they left at my house(after the 4th set up attempt, the bed was scratched, and the paint did not match) and give me a full refund. The managers were hard to get a hold of and gave us the run around, they were nice and told us what we wanted to hear over the phone, but couldn’t follow through. Too bad, because their prices were great… but I guess for a reason.

I came here with my husband last weekend looking for a new bedroom set. I was very surprised that the showroom was so sparse since they had a lot of pieces on their website. There were two employees in the back discussing a disgruntled customer. I thought it was a really inappropriate conversation to be having in front of other customers but at least it gave us the opportunity to wander around unmolested. Since they didn’t have many options and the few there were didn’t appeal to us, we left quickly.
