This location is the most frustrating to go to it doesn’t matter what you tell them when you order it they make whatever is the standard no apologies just have to keep showing them your receipt until they get it right managers are no help only place to go for lunch if you want to get a hard time and get stressed

Now I know why this place has a 2 rating. Just moved to AZ and was looking forward to an alternative to Starbucks. I’ve come here every weekday for the last month and I can’t tell you how many times the coffee has run out and then I have to wait for it to brew in the back — upwards of 10 – 15 minutes. This morning takes the cake. I decided on tea and there was only a small amount of water left in the container. I gave it to the counter person to take it to the back and fill it up. She comes back and says she has to wait for the coffee to finish brewing before getting any hot water. It’s now been 15 minutes and no hot water. This is the last time! Einstein Bagels here I come!

We have been coming to this location for about 5 years now but will not be returning after the past many visits. Prices went up and portion sizes went down– a lot! Funny thing is other locations don’t have this skimpy of portions. We have called numerous times to make sure they are aware(not even accepting any discounts or coupons they offered to make us happier because we truly didn’t want to go back) but they continue to say these portions are what they are held to as a new standard. Not true, we visit other locations often that serve much bigger portions. Tonight we ordered(after almost a half a year break) the half chicken walnut sandwich and the chicken salad only covered the tomato and was about a quarter inch thick. Pretty ridiculous. We figured this place must be run by some«by the book Nazi» and we won’t be back to this location.

Gone here several times and each time was worst than the last. First off they have a loyalty program, but refuse to tell you if you have a free meal. Then when you get your receipt and see you do they say«oops you can use it next time». So I try to and get told«oh not our fault but you can’t this time the Internet isn’t working». Hate to break it to you I am currently using your Internet to post this review. Also, work on your customer service if you have a loyalty program follow the terms don’t cheat your customers, business 101.

Menu changed. Why change something that Was good. Roasted tomato basil soup is now flavorless creamy tomato soup. Yuck! Won’t be back.

I have been a patron at this location for a number of years. It was has always been ok up until the past year and it has done nothing but gone downhill. The new ordering format is not welcoming to customers. The staff used to be great, but now are not very friendly or helpful. It is disappointing that somewhere I used to enjoy going for relaxation has declined.

Don’t know what to say here. This paradise bakery has changed the ordering format and you can no longer see the food you are ordering. Staff is friendly but got most of the order wrong at first. They promptly took care of it. The food is the same. Still tasty and wholesome but the old format was much much better. Wish it hadn’t changed
