Terrible service! Never had I spoken to someone that is more rude than the person named «Natasha» at this establishment. She is incredibly mean and has an attitude. She thinks her time is too valuable to assist tenants from this management. The two interactions that I had with Natasha have left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this community management.

Terrible management company. Take forever to get things done, and their property managers are completely incompetent. (Steve Gloyd is the worst) Avoid this company like the plague.

I’ve been having the same issue with them for a week now. We lost the security lights and the lights that illuminate the stairs on our condo unit in the storm on Sunday night. It’s now Friday night, 5 nights, 4 emails and two phone calls later, and guess what… STILL NO LIGHTS!!! They keep telling me that the lights will be fixed «tomorrow»…but like the song says, «tomorrow never comes»!!! Terrible, and if I treated my clients like they’ve treated me, I would lose all of my customers… HMMMM…may be something in that!!!
