This coffee shop easily has one of the coolest vibes in all of Chandler. It’s super open with a lot of seating. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had one of their chocolate chip cookie s’mores and was blown away. Delicious to say the least. Coffee is good too. I will be coming back here for sure.

Sozo has such a friendly Staff and welcoming atmosphere. My first visit was such a great experience and I will be returning regularly with my friends and family. This is unlike any coffeehouse around. They are one of a kind and I now refuse to go anywhere else for my coffee needs. These other coffee places in the area need to watch out because Sozo is one hell of a competitor!

A coffee shop that stays open later than 8pm. Awesome idea! Great pour over cup of coffee. Worth the wait. Got some live music while we sipped. Lots of seating. Very comfortable place to hang.

I have been here a few times now and order the same thing each time, a traditional macchiato. There have been a couple that I have enjoyed and couple that have been not so good. With that I am giving it a three star review. For a shop that is using quality products to begin with, they should be delivering the drinks with greater consistency.

Good find in suburbia. They serve Cartel coffee, which I love. They do a pour over when you order. It’s a big place with a stage. Seems like they have music and open mic nights. Good service.

Great coffee shop and the perfect place to meet up with friends with kids! The play area is a super plus for the littles to play in while the bigs drink their coffees ! My favorite drink is the dirty chai and my next favorite is a coconut latte with almond milk. Large coffee shop with lots of seating and many different types of drinks and flavors to try.

Dirty Chai with Almond Milk. Yum yum. This place is awesome. Not a big bakery selection from what i could see but those cookies look huge and amazing. As for the coffee — 1. They have Guatemalan coffee 2. They work with Cartel in some way 3. Super friendly baristas 4. I drank my coffee way too fast bc it was a-moh-zing Definitely will be back.

I went for the play area, of course! Pros: Support a local coffee place Play area for the kids Nice atmosphere Cons: Not a great food selection, and food looked/tasted prepackaged, not fresh at all. I ended up going with 4 stars instead of 3 because although the food choices and quality were a bit dissapointing, you’re not really going to a coffee shop for the food. And the fact that there’s an area for the kids to play is a huge plus. Initially, I was hoping the play area would’ve been integrated into the main room so adults could drink their coffees and chat, but it’s not — it’s a seperate room with no food allowed and only adults can bring their drinks in. However there is an advantage to this setup — kids can be more easily«contained» and patrons who just want to enjoy a cup of coffee can do so in relative quiet without kids running everywhere.

Cute place with happy hour M-F(1:00 to 3:00 I believe?). HH consists of $ 3 for ANY large coffee drink. I had their seasonal pumpkin(REAL pumpkin, you could definitely taste it) iced latte and my hubby had iced coffee, black. We also ordered one of their delicious cookies(we chose the carmel pretzel flavor) which seemed to be half baked and then they reheat it for you, so warm, gooey and good! I enjoyed the music they had playing and the barista was very friendly and informative regarding all that they had to offer. A nice little stop if you are nearby and needing a pick me up!

Came here to hear my daughters friends band play on a Saturday afternoon. Had no idea what to expect and I was pleasantly impressed. The atmosphere is extremely casual with sofas, tables and chairs, and high top tables. Service was excellent as the cashier assisted us with our drink selection. Loved that they are local and support open mic and local bands, such a cool concept. I will definitely come back just to hang out as it was very CHILL!

I liked everything about this place… except the coffee. Big open space. Couches. Stage for live music. I guess the pastry selection could use a boost, but mostly it’s the coffee. My Americano had that maple, brown sugar taste instead of the heavy roasted flavor I enjoy. Did I get a bad cup as an aberration? Maybe. Is it just a personal preference issue? Perhaps. I’m willing to give SoZo another try. Maybe it’s just not my cup of tea.

SoZo is a large and cute coffee shop. I was looking for a place to work from for the afternoon. The barista was really nice. I was starving and was hoping to eat lunch, drink coffee, and work from there. Instead I had to eat a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it was the only option other than pastries. This was a big downfall for me. I ordered the chai iced latte which was tasty but not stellar. I’ve never seen so many couches in a coffee shop, that was cool especially if you want go hang with friends or read. They also have a large stage for live music on Friday and Saturday nights. I definitely want to return for that. Here’s where they get major kudos, I was sitting working non-stop for 3+ hours and the barista came and gave me a large cup of water with ice. That was an awesome move. I was so grateful and thirsty. The background music is descent, temperature isn’t freezing like Starbucks, although I was there so long I did need to put on my jacket. Outdoor seating is pretty limited. Overall, it’s a cute coffee shop. They have local art work on walls for sale(have my eye on a unicorn painting lol). I’ll be back to try their more popular coffee options and check out their live music nights.

Depresso: The feeling you get when you run out of coffee. SoZo knows what’s up. This place gives me energy all day and all night to the point where my heart is about to jump out of my throat still… 12 hours later! They make some fun flavors like Cinnamon Toast Crunch and offers Italian cream sodas wihch are my favorite. They also have an exciting ever-changing drink of the week menu you should take a peek at. This weeks, Aloha Hola [macadamia nut syrup with horchata], is amazing. It’s a much more casual spot than the snooty hipster place across the way. It’s brighter, there are lots of artwork for sale on the walls, and there are comfy squishy couches all over the place. It’s roomy with ample seating! The baristas are nice and are always pleasant to talk to and offer suggestions when you’re being wishy-washy. All in all, this is a great place to relax and hide from the hot summer sun.

So many great things about this place: 1.) Excellent service 2.) Very relaxing café(Couches, tables, and just all around cozy) 3.) Coffee selection is different more like an espresso Mixology 4.) Music!(Great mixes and live music played from open to close) 5.) Prices are perfectly set 6.) Cleanliness(clean coffee shop from the lobby to the restrooms.) Whenever I travel to Chandler and need a place to study or relax, this is definitely the place.

I like the concept — music venue + coffee shop. Surprisingly good given the location(strip mall a few doors down from a Big Lots). It’s got a lot of space — some small tables near the coffee bar, seating at the end of the bar where you can watch behind the scenes, some couches, some comfy chairs in clusters, even a separate playroom for kids. The stage is visually the center of attention, however I have not gone when they had live music. Coffee is well done. Their baristas are friendly and attentive. Mixed clientele which keeps it interesting :)
