Starbucks

Slowest place on earth. 2 people standing doing nothing while one person makes drinks. Consistently like this. Don’t come here while in a hurry.

If anyone knows me, they know my love for coffee.
As a former Starbucks employee, I recommend this location. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The line is really never that long and it always moves quickly. Drinks are always made perfectly, each and every time.
Left off one star because this location doesn’t offer a drive-​thru, which bugs me a little bit! Needless to say, it’s not their fault… just a pet peeve of mine; actually having to get out of the car and face the world! ;)
All in all, it’s a great stop for your morning cup-​a joe!

My usual Caramel Macchiato. Only reason for the 4 — this is the first time they skimped on the Caramel. I normally don’t have to look for it.

Pumpkin Spice Latte was good though I ordered a venti and got a grande… Luckily that’s all they charged for but still! Service left something to be desired. It was fast and a second cashier hopped on but came across a bit rushed and abrasive when I was trying to reload my Starbucks gift card then pay for my drink because their stupid app doesn’t work half the time. I think she was well meaning but she was trying to talk to me like I was an idiot. Really. I know how to use the phone scanner and if it isnt working properly usually a cashier will hold it at a different angle — not this lady. She was like ‘you have to wait for it to beep!’ And that could mean it has to beep first then you can use it or it could mean hold your phone in one spot until it beeps or wave your phone around until it beeps… Please be more description next time if you plan to pair it with a condescending tone. I think I will stick to the nicer area Starbucks from now on. They are usually at one star higher of a rating than this general location– which isn’t saying much for the company in general.

I can’t stress enough how much I love Starbucks coffee! Every time I come in im greater with a smile and served quickly! My barista Elaine is always smiling and offers suggestions whenever I can’t decided what to get! Great way to get my coffee fix!!!

They’re pretty okay– not a ton of seating. The baristas were nice– but they got my drink VERY wrong (like not soy milk no whip kind of wrong). Also, not only did they get my drink wrong, but at least 3 other people’s drinks as well since I’ve been here (25 minutes). A Starbucks is a Starbucks, but if you have an alternative I would suggest it.

This is one of the nicest Starbucks locations I have ever gone to. They have a great layout with plenty of room while in line or sitting (in and outdoor seating), and the store was spotless. I will definitely be coming back!

All Starbucks are the same, right? WRONG! I work out of my car all over the valley, and yes there are other good locations, but everytime I walk into this store it is consistently top notch. Many of the same baristas have been there for several years and they really make it seem like a good old fashioned neighborhood coffee shop. Nice job!

Good place to go and enjoy a latte or your favorite coffee. I like getting coming here to relax and use the WI Fi on my phone because with AT&T I don’t get unlimited data. The service here has always been good and the staff is friendly. The parking lot is large because it is in a shopping center. I love Starbucks so this is one of my favorite places to go.

Caffeine! Yay! People are friendly and kind though they deal with non morning people all day! Ha, me being one of them… Thanks for that! Yummy and quick service and great blueberry muffins! Yes!!! (only thing is that I prefer non-​corporate coffee houses)

Looking for a spot with wi-​fi and friendly staff, this location is awesome. They recently did a redesign inside with more efficient seating and layout. There’s plenty of spots with plug outlets to hook up the laptop and plenty of window spots with a view. Location faces Alma School road, in the Alma Elliot Square center.

Starbucks, again I have to say no matter which location I wind up, I am always walking out the door with a great cup of coffee!

Always fast service. Always interacting with the customers. Always the right order.

Never had a problem with this Starbucks. They are as friendly as can be and the drinks are made perfect every time. Keep up the awesome customer service!

After faithfully going to this specific Starbucks for years, then moving away 8 months ago… I really miss this store location!
I have yet to encounter a Starbucks as great as you. It’s just not the same. Thanks for always getting my drink right, not being stingy, putting up with my indecisiveness and particular orders, your friendly attitudes, chatting with me about randomness, being my never failing pick-​me-​up… my real neighborhood coffee shop.
