The rating is specifically for my last order. I’m peeved they added sweetner to my coffee when I asked for it black with no room. There wasn’t even a line in the DT for them to get this wrong. Do not mess with a person’s coffee at 5 in the morning. I never have any issues when I go in the lobby. Lesson learned, don’t be lazy & get out your car.

Basic fact: Starbucks is a chain. What’s one thing I would generally expect with chains? A pretty high level of consistency between various locations. As in, a Frappuccino should never be basically an unflavored slushie… I swung by the drive thru a few weeks ago before making my commute home. I ordered the green tea frappuccino, one of my go-to drinks. «Whipped cream OK?» asked the staff member over the intercom. «Yep» I said … so I was extra surprised when the drink I was served had no whip. There was a big line behind me so I didn’t say anything, but I can’t help but wonder where the confusion was… did he actually ask«NO whipped cream OK?» but some intercom delay meant the sound didn’t transmit until after the«no»??? Anyway the lack of whipped cream was the least of my problems, as the frapp itself was practically flavorless and super watered down, and the ice didn’t seem fully blended – lots of it, and lots of big chunks. Needless to say, I will not be back to this location. If I need a fix in the area, I’ll just pop into the Target Starbucks that is literally on the same corner.

The gal who took my order through the drive through was very friendly. Perky even! The dark haired, second employee I encountered„ at the window,(7:39 am) didn’t have her mornings coffee! When she recited my order to me, I politely said it was incorrect. She didn’t apologize and was very, very dry with her attitude. The vehicle behind me also waited a long time for her order.

I am a big Starbucks fan. Even though the price is a bit high, I love their customer service and the ambience of the store. The baristas are always happy, friendly, and are always happy to remake drinks if drinks are not up to par for the customer. I did not get my usual drink, which is the caramel brulee Frappuccino. I wantes to try something different, therefore I asked the barista to make me a strawberry acai concoction. I was very impressed. Starbucks never fails. Their customer service is amazing. The environment is great. Since it is fairly cold outside, whenever I come inside, it is warm, but not hot. Additionally, if you ask the front to turn up the air because it is too cold, they will do it without hesitant. They are always trying their best to please their customers. I came in around noon. Some of the tables were dirty, there was only a few that were clean. However, I believe it is just because of the store being busy and they have not had the time to clean the tables yet. Otherwise, 10⁄10 would come again.

This is an amazing location. I love the store AND the staff. The store is always very clean and has a great feel to it. The staff have always been very nice when I come in here. I have gone to other Starbucks in the area and this one is by far my favorite!

I love the staff at this place — hence giving them 2 stars! They are super friendly and the black lady(forgot her name) but she is the BEST… What I’m docking them on is the mobile order… I’ve done mobile order 3 times now from this location and my coffee is never ready when I get there! In fact, I go up and ask and they haven’t even checked their mobile order machine to see it! They don’t apologize for not checking — they just print it out and tell me it will be a few minutes… Well in that case, what was the point of doing mobile order… Other locations have gotten right and they have a person watching for mobile orders.

This place is always busy, I mean always. I guess chandler is just full of basic b@tches. ;) most of the time my drink is right. The sad part is that I just get an iced coffee with sugar free vanilla. How hard is that?

We go to this Starbucks every time we go to this Starbucks which is at least three times weekly. We got coffee and forgot to get my son’s water. So we sent him up to the counter and he ended up waiting close to ten minutes for the Carrie the barista to help him. When she did, she was rude, acted like he was bothering her and she told him that they don’t give out waters and that he had to pay. We’ve gotten a water every time we got our coffee and were never charged. It’s ridiculous that the price for water changes with the barista. Baristas like Carrie should not be in customer service with an attitude like that. It wasn’t even like it was the money that was the issue, it was everything with that whole experience. And my son was embarrassed and didn’t understand how people can be so rude.

This is one of the better Starbucks in the area that I’ve been frequenting after giving up on the store at Gilbert Rd., and Chandler Heights. While this store is better, the employees here aren’t great at customizing drinks. I always order extra matcha in my green tea lattes and very rarely receive it. I’ve started using the new mobile ordering, and today I noticed that again my drink was too milky. When I asked the gal if she’d put 7 scoops in she was like, «Oh. That’s what you wanted? I didn’t know what it said»… I’m posting a picture of my mobile order receipt, which is very clear and concise. If the employees cannot read the drink names and orders that come through, perhaps additional training is needed… 8÷6÷15 update: I’ve had consistent issues with this Starbucks and the most basic drinks on the menu are often made incorrectly or not as requested and have to be re-made 50% of the time. I’ve spoken to the store manager about this on several occasions — the employees here are NOT properly trained and it impacts their customers.

They were busy. Line didnt take an annoying amount of time what really set me off was that when I ordered I told them it would be two drinks. Described the first one, then said and ill take the same thing for the second drink. See in America I was under the impression that ‘The Same’ held the meaning identical or similar in type. Guess they had a different idea. I was rushed off after paying they handed me the drinks and said thank you — *closing the window* this was the most bullshit excuse for customer service ive ever seen. I could tell this was taking too long and the cars behind me didnt apprecieate it so I drove off, angry. This place has terrible customer service. Corporate would be pissed if they knew what locations like this, with the traffic they get, are so awful when it comes to customer service. Ive never had had this or any problem with any other location let alone resturant.

This location is painfully slow. This is 2 days in-a-row I have been in the drive-thru for 20 minutes in line. I mostly blame lazy people(like myself) for not walking inside… but it cant take that long to make coffee(that is not always right)

I have never really been satisfied with this Starbucks, but sometimes i come here because its less busy then the one closer to me. Last Friday however was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any starbucks. The drive thru was pretty long, it was about 3:00pm so understandable, but i decided to wait it out because it usually doesn’t take more then 10−15min. I get to the microphone and it takes a solid 3 minutes before anyone even comes on and when he does he was so scattered he couldn’t properly repeat my order i kept having to say«no its this… no unsweetened. blah blah» My order was: Trenta green tea unsweetened with extra water. not too hard right? I get up to the window and he says«Trenta green tea extra ice?» First problem i clearly said extra water like 3 times you guys put enough ice as it is, and second it was black tea. And when i said. «No its extra water and theres no way that’s green tea» He said«Ugh hold on» Not my fault you got it wrong. he comes back and hands me another BLACKTEA! What the heck? I looked and him and was like«seriously that isn’t green tea». at this point he gets completely flustered and goes. «K well we’re really busy so it’s gunna be like 10 minutes then.» First of all not my fault you’re busy and out of green tea, but don’t lie to me then give me the wrong drink twice claiming it’s something you know it isn’t…I’m not paying $ 3 for something I’m going to throw away… The worst part is 3 minutes later he walks out the back door and brings the guy behind me his drink then says(loud enough so i can hear) «Sorry we have a customer causing a bit of a delay, but here’s this to hold you over, we’ll be with you soon» Then the guy in the truck starts screaming at me and making nasty faces going «Go inside. come on…» Like no I’m gunna wait here till he gets is right. not my fault. after 7 minutes he comes back with my correct drink and says«HERE» nearly throwing it at me… Wow what great customer service you guys have.idiots.

I was grabbing an iced tea when all the sudden 2 men pulled up in their automobile. They had their music going loud, and they were getting on with their bad selves when I asked them to turn down their music. The more douchy one grabbed my tea, and threw it at the employee john. John thought this was funny. And therefore did not replace my tea. I worked all week to collect the money to buy this tea, and I was very displeased with what had happened. But I will give this 3 stars because it was actually pretty funny.

I only go to this one because it’s right next to where I work. I gave 3 stars because every time I order no whip cream or extra crap on my coffee, I always get it. If you ever go here early morning or after 2 you’ll be waiting 15 mins or longer for a coffee. They usually have like 4 or 5 people working and 2 are usually not making drinks and the others are busting their butts to keep up with things. I just wish this location got people in and out faster, I’m paying 5 $ for a coffee… make it worth it!

The layout and design of this Starbucks is great. Lots of space. Unfortunately, on our visit the team wasn’t doing a very good job keeping that space clean. The trash can is overflowing and the tables need to be wiped down. They were friendly though and that means a lot in my book so I’m giving them 4 stars for this visit but hope they would focus on the environment a bit more and ensure food items are stocked appropriately. That’ll get them to 5.

Nicest starbucks in the area in my opinion. Shop is clean, and lots of space to find a quiet place to study. Décor is cozy. Staff was kind and helpful. Coffee was great! Store is open until 9pm on the weekdays. Drive thru available too. Located in front of Target next to Game Stop and Firehouse Subs.

It’s a Starbucks! Franchised food chain that offers exceptional coffee and service. Located on the northeast corner in the target shopping area but not the Starbucks inside the target. Every time I’ve stopped into this location I have received excellent customer service! They have a drive through which is very convenient and a large lounge area which is nice for doing whatever it is you’re going to do at Starbucks while soaking up their free Internet. I recently got turned on to the Starbucks card/app for my iPhone so this has been a pleasurable experience. Now I get all these benefits so why not come enjoy them. This franchise really has their stuff together! Five-star reviews all around
