Steve and Irene are the most amazing people in the HVAC industry. Bar none. If you are looking at any other company, you are looking in vain. Not only did they fix my unit the very next day (albeit was an urgent, complex issue), they then followed up with my homeowner’s warranty company to see if there was any way they would cover the cost of labor. I saw Steve’s work van while driving to my office and saw that he was local and gave him a call. He came by my office the next day and saw what I needed. It was quick, easy and affordable so I hired him to change out my vents to increase much needed air flow in my office. It wasn’t a big job but I’ll use this company again if my AC acts up.

Contractor is ethical, professional, and provides excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend. Steve installed one upgraded a/​c unit and two gas flue’s in the attic. It was a big and not so easy job to tackle. Job completed in one day with no delays. Steve fairly bid according to industry standards. Steve’s is NATE certification with Trane A/​C. He pointed out what six other bidders did not, he disclosed by upgrading a higher SEER level, our electrical wiring size needed increased. Steve also balanced and corrected duct work issues to this older home to three rooms sufficing airflow balance. I was very selective in choosing a qualified, certified bonded contractor to work in our home so there would be no issues later on. I performed my own background check and ck a few databases and I could not find a flaw in his credentials. He passed all the criteria for a standup, ethical contractor. I highly recommend. Very pleased with the air conditioning unit and equipment/​parts he selected.
