Went to the Home Show and met Jared with Tekna. He was very friendly, honest, and gave us a great deal! We switched from ADT and have a better system with cameras for a cheaper price. I am very satisfied with my service and love the new system.

Very unhappy with Tekna, took them 5 visits to install what they said would be installed in one visit. How many times can you not have the parts? The installers didn’t listen and didn’t «group» things into the zones we asked (after the third time we asked we just gave up). Definitely not a company I would send a friend to…

I was referred to Tekna by a friend who’s had their system for a little over 3 years. They love their system and the personal contact they have with the company (they call the company directly and locally). I was going to go with ADT but decided to hear them out (Tekna) and very glad I did! The representative was on time, very thorough, answered all our questions and beat ADT’s cost by hundreds (about $ 450) of dollars.
We’ve now had our system for a little over two months. We just called our rep for a question on the system. We left a message and he called back 20 minutes later! Service like that should be rewarded and I’ll tell anyone that asks, how great they are.
