Terrible customer service. I have tried for 7 months to cancel our account. We moved and our tenants did not want an alarm system. Each time I called I received a different process and reason why my credit card was still being charged and my account was not canceled. Finally today, I was told my account was canceled but I would not receive a refund for the 6 months we didn’t use it(even though I was told I would in the past). I am still in shock how many different stories I was told and how it was always my fault. Shame on my for not canceling the credit card they where billing but life is hectic and that meant resetting auto payments for other companies. We will need an alarm system for our new home and I will NOT use LifesShield. They lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know not to use their service.

Here is the bottom line: it’s wireless! It’s super nice and doesn’t look cheap like ADT! The alarm is so loud it makes my heart stop, no one would be able to think if they broke into the house let alone steal! It’s super easy to install! I can finally sleep soundly at night knowing my family is safe.
