Arby’s

The sandwich was so-​so and the shake was good. However I was really looking forward to a large curly fry with the cheese sauce. However, the cheese sauce as you can see from the picture didn’t even come close to filling the cup and it was cold. A very disappointing and overpriced experience. I don’t think that I’ll be back. Perhaps I’ll go go Hooters next time. That way if the food is cold at least I’ll have something to look at!

Hey Arby’s in Chantilly. It’s so weird, because I thought you employed people to work, not chill in the corner booth.
We’ve went to the Chantilly Center a few times and wanted Arby’s, only to see it empty with employees hanging out in the corner booth. We ended up getting drive through one time– The food was good. However, the same thing happened today. Empty, employees hanging out in the booth. It just comes off as creepy and makes us feel like we’re bothering them. Probably one reason why it’s always empty at dinner time.
You’re better off going to. Anywhere really.

I love Arbys. It’s a roast beef place and if you go with roast beef sandwiches, you’ll never go wrong. Their Reubens and of course shakes are outstanding.

The line for Chic-​fil-​a was too long, so I hit the Arby’s drive through instead.
The fries are pretty damn good!
The chicken and bacon sandwich was a huge disappointment. And it was prepared correctly. It was this boring sandwich! The bacon has absolutely no flavor. I suppose it’s there for texture.
About halfway though, the honey mustard sauce started oozing out the back. It’s been so long since I’ve been to an Arby’s, I forgot to ask for no sauce. I think they have sauce on everything, hehe! And the sauce was overwhelmingly sweet.
I sat there, in my car, with a super sweet, oozing honey mustard sandwich in hand, looking longingly at the Chic-​fil-​a. I was so sad.

Whoever Wayne is, he seems mad at the world on the phone and he is very unhelpful. I left my keys either in the building or outside and I live 30 minutes away. I called twice and his response «I haven’t heard of any keys». Instead of asking where I sat exactly or to go look in the dining room. Sorry to waste your time sir. We spent over $ 20 as well, not that it matters.

It was a quick lunch I will say I prefer Arbys most other drive thru options. just a regular roast beef and curly fries…
Drive thru was very crowded but moved fast and my order was hot and correct which is a bonus…

This place was nearly empty when we visited, so I was confused to (1) why every single table was dirty (food crumbs, drinks, ketchup, straw wrappers, etc), and (2) why no one was at the register to take our order. The employees didn’t seem busy at all. I could see them chattering away in the back kitchen area. Every time I get someone’s attention, the answer was «someone will be right with you…» We ended up having to wait for the cashier to come off her smoking break to order, and clean the tables ourselves so we could sit down to eat (otherwise, we would have had to stand there waiting for the «someone» to come clean it)!
I’m sick and tired of Arby’s cleanliness and service. I like Arby’s food, but it seems every location nearest Burke/​Fairfax have this similar problem of these «oh that’s not my job» employees.

Love the roast beef, curly fries, horsey sauce, hot sauce. The manager is curt, impatient and generally an unhappy type. The one young woman is very friendly and chatty. Last time I was there I suggested that she/​they clean the buttons on the soda machines. Looked like they had never cleaned them. Grossed me out. Then, to my dismay, she started cleaning it with just a wet rag… I had to further suggest maybe some soap.
But I’ll still go even if it’s not the cleanest joint. Been in a lot worse.

Ummm its Arby’s, cheap and gets the job done

Your typical Arby’s. Nothing different. Plenty of seating — booth seating and standalone tables. I love their cheddar roast beef sandwiches though a little skimpy on the cheese :/​Arbys has so much nostalgic value for me :) was soo sheltered as a child, that arby’s curly fries were the first seasoned, non-​mcdonalds fries I ever had. I really enjoythat arby sauce… what is it! Anyhow…
Located in the Dulles Expo center… great spot for your hearts fast food desires, all the chains!
