I wasn’t really expecting much when I came here but the food was pretty good. I got the steak calzone which looked amazing. It was full of cheese and the pizza dough was yummy! I wish I took a picture of it. The price was $ 9.50 so the value was on point. My friends got the burgers which were okay but I HIGHLY recommend the calzone. You won’t regret it. And the two employees were super nice.

We ended up getting a large vegetarian with added gyro chicken. My husband went to pick it up. Once he got home we noticed that it was not chicken, but lamb on the pizza. I called the pizzeria and Jose was very helpful in making sure our order was corrected and delivered as quick as possible. The pizza was warm and plenty of toppings.

Bought food here it was great. I don’t know why people only give bad reviews. I had the early bird burger it was cooked perfect. Good food at a good price.

I’ve had three meals from Bianco’s in recent weeks. Highest praise for the wonderful pizza crust. I’m tired of cardboard flavored pizza crusts from the big chains. Bianco’s pizza crust is a refreshing and welcome change. Thumbs up!

AWFUL. I’ve given this place three tries(tear) I’m so done. First time, I asked for a chicken philly and I got some weird chicken sandwich on a bun instead of hoagie. The chicken was so weird looking — it was some type of flat patty chicken I’ve never seen before in my life. I asked them if they had chicken strips when ordering and they said yes … short answer is no THEYUSECHEAPINGREDIENTS. Second visit — I complained that my order was incorrect and received a free steak and cheese(was scared to request chicken) sub to replace … the steak was mystery meat to the maximum so sketchy. Additionally, I ordered a calzone(too damn crispy) and another pizza thin crust, but they made it regular. They also forgot to add my marinara sauce to the calzone and wouldn’t have remembered if I didn’t go back in for my itemized receipt to see that they charged me for a large pizza when I clearly said medium(they never listen). Last and final visit — I received 2 damn free pizzas(at this point I’m getting tired of freaking eating pizza) and they got my order wrong AGAIN. I ordered wings instead of the 2nd pizza but initially ordered mozzarella sticks yet told him I wanted the wings instead, I go in and they added the mozz sticks AND wings(also their bleu cheese is disgusting from a bottle I think wishbone? It tasted 5 years old). The guy at the cash register was repeatedly telling me that it was not his problem that they got my order incorrect because they do not pay attention to orders and that he didn’t care. You don’t care about your place of business? Interesting view. Pics to follow.

I have never left a bad review before but this was not the best experience. It took over an hour to even get my food. Normally I give the delivery person a great tip but for that fact that I had to wait over an hour, I gave them less. I have never waited that long for food. BOTH of the pizzas I ordered were lukewarm. It’s sad that I had to put them in the microwave before eating. The salad was a Cesar salad with chicken, it was okay. Overall I will probably never order from here again.

I was disappointed with my recent order at Bianco Pizza. The food is mediocre at best. The mozzarella sticks are essentially a stick of string cheese you would buy at a grocery store that had been deep-fried. The gyro was dry and the lamb resembled shoe leather as opposed to actual meat. Not only did I waste money on terrible food, but Bianco Pizza didn’t even have the courtesy to serve this slop hot. I was better off eating my expired leftovers. I do not recommend this establishment.

DONOTEATHERE! I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. We ordered a chef salad that had no egg or salami(items in the description), an antipasto salad that had no prosciutto, salami, olives, red peppers, nor Parmesan cheese. Both salads did have the ham, which was rather unfortunate since the ham was the worst meat product I have ever had. I would have preferred Spam to the meat stuff they called«ham». We also ordered a pizza, which was cold since the order arrived an hour after the order was place. The delivery estimate was 17:38, order arrived at 18:15. Just spare yourself and avoid Banco Pizzeria. Follow up: I just called the restaurant to talk to the manager. I was told there was no manager on duty. Mind you it’s Friday night at 6:45 pm. Don’t you think a restaurant manager would be on duty? The person that answered the phone said that sometimes he just doesn’t show up… Who owns this restaurant? Please reply and explain how you run a business this way.

They’re under new ownership… The prices are higher and the food doesn’t taste nearly as good as it did under the previous owners. The management doesn’t appear to care about making the customer feel as though they are valued! I WILLNOT be returning here ever again!

*****3.5STARS***** I love pizza! And this place being so close to my house, and not named«Pizza Hut» or «Dominios,» was definitely a reason to try it out. The store is located off a side street(service road?) and was once a Quiznos. I think? Anyways, a couple of friends and I went here one night for some carry out. Like I said before, I love pizza! But what’s something I would choose over pizza? Chicken Parm! When I saw a chicken parmesan sandwich on the menu, it was an instant order! My friends, on the other hand, decided to order a margarita pizza. The food came out in about 15 minutes. Not bad. Got back to my place and feasted on a delicious meal. The chicken parm sandwich was great! One of the best I’ve had. The pizza? Eh not so much. First off, the margarita pizza was missing the basil leaves! That’s like, a cardinal sin of pizza(or close to is!) because that’s what helps make it what it is. Oh well, we still ate it and it was pretty good. This place, being so close to my house, is definitely a spot I will go back to in the future. Try them out!

I used to order from this place every single day(i’m not kidding) when I worked down the street. Although I no longer work in the area, I did recently move by fairfax town center and was really excited to order my favorite pizza again, the«love classica». After placing my order, the pizza arrived on time roughly 40 minutes later. I signed the receipt and took the pizza straight to the kitchen. Upon opening the box, I noticed it was the wrong pizza. I was able to stop the driver before he left. He looks at my receipt, then looks at my pizza and agrees that it’s the incorrect order. He then calls and lets me speak with his manager over the phone, who had absolutely no sympathy for the situation. The manager tells me that the menu changed, but it hadn’t been reflected on their website… and because I ordered off of their website’s menu, it’s somehow my own fault! He asks me how he can resolve the situation. I tell him that I will return his pizza with his driver and he can refund my money.(Don’t know if ill actually get one. Management seems to lie and make excuses according to many other reviewers.) Well, it’s been real Bianco Pizzeria. I was ready to give you my all, but you gave me nothing in return. I’ll remember our good times, but that was a fatal mistake. If I can’t trust management to be truthful, I can’t give you my business back. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – What I ordered: Love Classica Pizza Fresh mozzarella, basil, salami, pepperoni, sausage, smoked bacon, parmesan reggiano, and oregano oil. What They Gave Me: Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Green peppers. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — –

I’m done with Bianco. Their pizza is good when they don’t screw it up but they’ve gotten my order wrong 3 of the past 4 times I’ve ordered. The other night they got it wrong twice! I called them up after the first mistake, had to speak to two different people, and it took them an hour to send out a replacement order and one of the pizzas was wrong again. I gave up and ordered from Bricks(who are awesome). Bianco wouldn’t refund my money so I had to dispute it with my credit card. I’m glad I didn’t pay cash.

Found my new favorite pizza place in the Chantilly area! The pepperoni pizza I ordered for pickup was so good! Flavorful and I loved the crust. The place is very unique with the log cabin exterior. I have been eyeing it when I drove past on 50. Yolanda was very pleasant when ringing me up and handing me my order. Always love to support the local businesses. I will be back!

This place had great pizza! I tried the Mediterranean, and it was super tasty. I mean, come on, PINENUTS?! Just good pizza topping combinations overall. It was a white pizza, but it wasn’t some heavy alfredo sauce… it was a lighter olive oil sauce under a reasonable amount of cheese and plenty of toppings. The crust had a unique flavor(they use some special Italian flour according to the menu) that was very good. It wasn’t too thick, but it remained crispy and tasty nonetheless. I was impressed by how much this pizza delivered without being sloppy. The restaurant itself is tiny, crowded and not the cleanest looking. I had to tell the cashier three different times which pizza and size I wanted because I don’t think she spoke the language in which the menu is written. The location is not super convenient, off a service road attached to Route 50. Definitely good pizza if you’re in the area, but it doesn’t hold a candle(for me, anyway) to my fave place — Delia’s. But I mean. Pizza. Mmm.

Sorry but can’t agree with the rest of the reviewers. Ordered the margherita pizza expecting fresh mozzarella cheese and basil and tomato sauce… it was SO not that. I thought I got cheese pizza from papa johns. That’s exactly how it looked and tasted worse with a thick chewy crust. And there was burnt basil among the cheese. Cuz it was margherita remember. What a waste of money!

Before Bianco Pizzeria, it was a Quizno’s, which had no customers at all. It was a sad little lonely house next to a busy car wash. The only cars I started seeing at Quizno’s were from the workers next door. When I saw a sign for a new restaurant, I was super excited! I was hesitant to come in at first because I thought it would be a bit sketchy and it wasn’t to be good at all. Well I waited to see everyone’s reviews and they were all very positive to I gave it a shot. I ended up with a steak and cheese with fries and a love classica pizza. The steak and cheese was small, but very flavorful. The fries were fresh cut, not like the frozen ones at other places. The other thing I ordered was the love classica pizza which has bacon, sausage, ham, salami and basil. It was delicious and packed a big punch. The sausage on there was my favorite out of all the meats. The dough was thin and made fresh. It was $ 11 for a medium sized one, which was actually really small. I wish they would make it bigger because it seems more of a small size pizza. The sad part was I wanted the fried mac and cheese and they were out of it and then I tried to order the fried mozzarella and they were also out of it. What the deuce! I will have to go back and get the fried mac and cheese. It was very spacious and clean inside with an open kitchen where you can see them cook which I love. They were very friendly and helpful since it took me forever to decide what I wanted. Theres a couple of big screen TVs inside also if you wanted to come and enjoy some sport games. It’s kept very clean and tidy. I hope to go back soon as the prices are also very reasonable! I hope this one stays for a while.

Glad to see a new addition to the Chantilly area. I love the cute cabin look to this pizzeria, very unique. Employees are super sweet. The cashier was full of energy and helpful. Plenty of seating is available and there are flat screen TVs on the walls. B appreciated that because the game was on. Since it was our first time here, we were given free sodas. That was very sweet of them! We ordered Buffalo Wings, Small Margherita, and Small Fire House. I like the names of the pizzas(ie. Fair Oaks, Lee Jackson). Nice shoutout to our area. Our pizzas were delicious. The ingredients are of good quality. I enjoyed the dough but it was a bit too thick for me. B loved the thickness of it. I would have also liked to see a more generous serving of toppings. Maybe it’s because we ordered a small? Overall, a tasty pizza that is different from what the chains in our area are producing. New family owned pizzeria in Chantilly! My little guy and I have been watching for them to hang their NOWOPEN sign for months :) The big day finally arrived and he was super excited to spend pizza night here… we were there on Day three so of course I expected a few errors. I love that they are family owned and run so we were pleased to be able to meet the owners. They had a new cashier and chef that were in training that day. We ended up playing guinea pig and ended up trying four different kinds of pizza for free! Cool! My little guy loved it! The cashier was still trying to learn their system and accidentally overcharged me which the owner stepped up and resolved right away. They gave us free bottled water and a popsicle for my little guy when he fussed that his pizza was taking too long :) They also have a little candy basket full of snack size M&Ms and such to let the little ones nibble on while they wait. I love a good Magherita pizza and I have been a little sad since Bertucci’s in Herndon closed for just this reason. I tried theirs and it was tasty but may need a bit of work. They add additonal salt to the top which I will be certain to ask them not to use as San Marzano(Roma) tomatoes are salty enough to me so I didn’t personally need the extra salt. I also think it would be great to have just a few more mozzarella cheese slices as well as whole basil leaves on this pie. Overall, I am happy to welcome them to the neighborhood. We will definitely be back and we wish them great success and blessings as they start this new venture!
