This place is FAST!
Went in on a Friday afternoon because I had a coupon.
They had me in and out in under 10 minutes!

Professional, quick, & smashing dealership prices. These guys were quick and courteous. Easy choice for the next job.

Second time I come in (third if you count the topping off that I received in between services-​free) so far they have been very courteous, efficient, and professional. They are quick with the service, provide me with a printout of what they did. So far I am a satisfied customer.

Went in for an oil change. I hadn’t been here in years. I asked for a «regular oil change.» They got to me right away. Oil change probably took only 10 minutes. When it was time to pay, they said they used synthetic oil and it would be something around $ 80! As I was just about to sell this vehicle, I had no intention of getting synthetic. I told the I had asked for a «regular oil change» and I wasn’t happy to be paying for synthetic. The guy was very professional and said he wanted to keep me happy. He gave me the regular price… $ 30 or $ 40 less than the synthetic price. I’ll come back here for sure.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for six years. They are quick, consistent, reliable, polite, and I believe honest.
Today I came in to get my fluids and tire pressure checked, which is free for regular customers. Dave was great. They took me right away and vacuumed up leaves out of my filter in addition to everything else they check.
This place is a godsend for a single mother who is worried about mechanics double-​talk and telling you need something you don’t.

I used to live in Centreville and had to be in that area today. I needed an oil change and on my quick visit to Steinmart I saw the Jiffy Lube and stopped in… And much to my delight!!!
A big thank you to this Jiffy Lube, for three things.
1. Quick Service
2. Friendly and courteous staff
3. Not trying to upsale me on every little thing…

I got my oil changed here today. I know I need a new battery soon but they never even mentioned it. They did mention some other service that would have cost $ 100 that I opted out of. As I went to the counter to pay the man said «that’ll be $ 40 for the oil change. We also vacuumed your vehicle and washed the windows!» LIES!

Be careful! Watch your stuff, I lost my iPod and a bag full of electrical equipment!

From the second I pulled in, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The tech came and opened the car door for me, asked me what service I needed, and explained available options.
The guys here are very friendly. They are fast. They don’t pressure you into services you don’t want.
Its too bad I live in new jersey, because I would keep coming back to this facility.

I stopped here in need of an oil change. I was happy because I was the first in line when they opened at 8am on a Monday. I was greeted promptly when the store opened and I gave them my keys and sat in the waiting area. Now the waiting area honestly isn’t anything great. You have an old coffee maker, magazines, tv, and a unisex toilet. I was asked to come out to the bay to give them additional information. I learned that my air filters needed to replace. Now I know they we’re not scamming me because at my last oil change at a different place told me I would be due for new filters on my next visit.
Be sure to check out their website because they take mobile coupons. I was able to save $ 5 off my oil change.

Deceptive and misleading policies. I went to this Jiffy Lube, not because of the price, because they are more expensive than most places that change oil, but because they tell everyone that they offer free «top off» service in-​between oil changes. They make this claim making NO distinction between synthetic and conventional oil. So, when I went to get my oil checked, I was told there would be a topping off charge for synthetic oil. ($ 8 qt.). I asked why they didn’t inform customers of that fact BEFORE or in ADVANCE of buying their oil change… they didn’t seem to think that was important.
With all the specials being offered for oil changes in Fairfax, I can’t see why I would go to Jiffy Lube with this «bait and abandon» policy.
PS: They did, reluctantly, top off my oil, after complaining. Not to be repeated again.

Seriously hope the staff and management read this site. Very impressed from the moment I drove up. Opened my door and everything. Great service and super friendly. You’ve got a long-​term customer.

Ive been bringing my car here for years, since Ive had it actually. My parents have brought their cars here for years as well. The guys here are always so friendly and welcoming. Ive had problems with my tires and get them frequently pumped up here since its free of charge and the guys know me very well. Curtis, the manager always recognizes me and knows that I need my tires pumped up as soon as he sees me. He is very friendly and always helps me out. I get my oil changed here and various other work done here as well and will continue to bring my car here. The guys here are very professional and always so nice! I would recommend anyone to come here!

My car was overheating so I pulled in, the assistant manager came right over and started assessing my problem. I waited for the radiator to cool off then he took my car into a bay. When he came back he said I have a serious leak so he filled the radiator and washed all the anti freeze off my engine and said this should get you home. I asked how much I owed and he said not a thing. I was floored that he took the time to go above and beyond the call of duty. I will be back to jiffy lubes for my oil changes in the future and just can’t say enough about the assistant manager at this location.

Update: 6÷9÷2014 — The manager saw my review on Unilocal and in writing, stated that he would offer me a $ 20 store credit in «good faith» if I in «good faith» removed my Unilocal review… tsk, tsk. tsk!
True Unilocalers cannot be bought off! And of course I did not share with you that I am a Unilocaler prior to working on this issue because then I am absolutely certain my experience would not have been the same as others.
Hate to admit it but I was once a short — time fan of this location in particular but have never been a fan of Jiffy Lube as a franchise. There are so many other places that can do exactly what they do for a cheaper price. In addition to the fact that I am always in favor of giving a Mom and Pop or small business a chance over large chains.
I have had my new car for less than 9 months… I have had to have my light bulbs changed three times and unfortunately discovered that their lovely warranty period is a whopping 3 months!!! As much as car repairs can be, I’d think something more than three months would be acceptable… and if not, then at least very well publicized.
I spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue with the manager/​owner/​some dude. Time is money so at this point, I will suffice it to say they’ve just lost a customer.

Fast, efficient, and friendly. It’s not too often you have the mechanic explain what they’re doing while it’s done. I you usually get some reason why you need to spend more money. I found the assistant manager Curtis especially helpful.

Good service, I went at a good time so there wasn’t really a line. I have a cold air intake and asked if they could install it for me, while it was the wrong filter they were happy to try which I was greatful for. Prices I’d say are reasonable but they do try and sell you on a bunch of stuff like radiator flushes and I had a license plate light out. I got that fixed for $ 10 but I’m sure the light itself is probably $ 3 if I’d do it by myself but anyhow if ya just get the oil change Jiffy lube is a nice place to do it.
