This cleaner is incredible. They managed to completely remove nail polish spilled down the front of a brand new and expensive dress shirt. I had tried nail polish remover, pure acetone, nothing worked, it just spread the mess around. I don’t know how you did it, but it’s kind of a miracle!

My gym used to be next door to CleanMart which made it very convenient for me. Well. my gym closed down over a year ago and I still find myself making the trip from Sterling to Chantilly to get my clothes cleaned at CleanMart. For me it is worth the trip, There must be 10 dry cleaners closer to my house but I always trust that my jackets and slacks are going to be in great condition when I go here… sometimes even better as they sewed a button back on for me last trip!
I forgot to mention the prices, the prices are super affordable.

Very bad store and rude customer service. I tried to recover my nice hangers that I bought my clothes to the store for dry clean. No one told me to take clothes off hangers. When I called, I am told they do not keep anything that customers left. So be aware not forgetting anything. They will be gone forever.

Great prices, great quality and great people! I drive from Reston to Chantilly for their services. I’ve never had an issue and they are so friendly. I’ve had my premium jeans hemmed there as well and they do a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This is the best dry cleaner in Virginia. I’ve gone here for eight years and they have never destroyed my clothes (which cannot be said for any of the other cleaners that I’ve used). Their work is excellent and they have great customer service. I’ve moved out of the area, but still come to this location for cleaning. Other dry cleaners charge three times the amount for lesser work.

Convenient hours, nice people working there.
They always have my stuff ready when promised.
They also offer repair services. They fixed the zipper on a linen dress that had torn, looks like brand new!

Cheap, quick, reliable service. I’ve taken my suits, dress shirts, sweaters here for years now and have never had a problem.

This is the cheapest place in a five (5) mile radius. $ 1.19 to launder your shirts and $ 1.99 for dry clean.
Best part about this place is their in by 9 out by 5 policy which means if you drop off your clothes before 9am they will be ready for pick up by 5pm.
FYI: This is a cash only business

My friend loves Clean Mart! She is particular about her clothing and told me that Clean Mart does a great job. I am often with her when she does a drop off or pick up so when I had a large bag of clothes that needed dry cleaning as well as a comforter and bath mat that needed laundering I decided to give Clean Mart a try even though it is completely out of my way.
Clean Mart is an environmentally friendly dry cleaner and their dry cleaning prices are great at $ 1.97 per garment. My local dry cleaner charges me $ 5.75 per shirt (even the ones that don’t require ironing), which is just getting ridiculous. Clean Mart charged $ 5 to wash the bath mat and $ 20 to wash my comforter.
The results? Well my bath mat looks amazing! The comforter was rolled up and put into plastic so it’s completely wrinkled and it doesn’t smell fresh. I would have preferred it to be folded. My work blouses don’t look as vibrant as they do when I pay $ 5.75 per item. They look a little worn from the cleaning.
I would totally take my bath mat here again or some inexpensive sweaters. I would not bring items I care about here.

I am hooked on CleanMart. They are very professional, friendly, and always make you feel like you are family. Needless to say, the prices can’t be beat. When I first started taking my clothes there, I inquired as to whether they were a franchise or chain. I was glad they were not because, in my opinion, family owned businesses take greater pride in their work.

Good service, low prices
Have dropped off sweaters, slacks, and button down shirts. All came back nicely pressed for under $ 2 each
I have dropped off a dress and a comforter — something like $ 6. Each had stains that were removed. I did not point out the stains.
Only negative is that this is a cash only business. But, you can pay upon drop off OR pickup.

I’ve been coming to Clean Mart every couple since they opened, and have always appreciated the consistent, quality service from this family run business. They’re friendly, hard working, and have served me well for years both with respect to their cleaning service and alterations.
However, I recently discovered three short sleeve shirts in a batch of mixed articles they cleaned and pressed were all damaged in exactly the same way; four holes punched through the fabric in exactly the same spots, front and back on the left sleeve, perfectly identical on each shirt. It couldn’t have happened anywhere but there.
I spoke with the owner about it yesterday. She was polite and friendly as always, and gobsmacked by the idea it could’ve happened there. She took me behind the counter to demonstrate the machine they use to press short shirtsleeves and let me inspect it, but stopped short of lending credence to the idea the damage was their fault (which I wouldn’t have done in her shoes either). As recompense, she offered to clean the five or so articles I had with me for free. I declined, picked up my waiting articles, and left.
The shirts weren’t new, and I like this place so much so I might’ve taken her up on her offer and overlooked their damage liability agreement IF I could believe future articles wouldn’t be inexplicably damaged. However, I’ve got too many expensive articles I need cleaned, so I’m disappointedly combing Unilocal for a new dry cleaner.

I tried this place a few times and each time was disappointed. I loved the convenience of the in by 9 and out by 5, as well as its’ convenient location. The problem is the way the clothes smell. I thought that it was perhaps just the first batch of clothes but we gave them two more tries and the outcome was the same. They don’t smell like chemicals. The smell is remniscent of clothes that have been left in the washer for too long before being dried. My husband told me this morning that his pants smelled like mildew and wet dog. Not a great way to start the work day.
I’d love to be able to give them an updated review in the future but we will not be returning there. I don’t know what causes the clothes to smell so funky (our clothes do not smell when they leave our house) but I hope that they address the issue.
I would not recommend taking your clothes here no matter the cost savings or convenience.

So far I have been satisfied with the service. I have been using Clean Mart for the past year and a half and was rarely disappointed. I even took a coat that couple of places refuse to clean because they were afraid they will damage it, but Clean Mart took it and did an excellent work!

Same day seervice and very nice people

I hate taking my clothes to get dry cleaned because they seem to fade and/​or shrink after a while. Sometimes they smell like chemicals too. I’ve been going here for a while even though there are many other cleaners closer to my house. I just build up a big pile before I head out there. My clothes never come back with any sort of chemical smell and they’re usually ready the next day.
Customer service is great and I never have to wait long even if there are a lot of other people ahead of me. Alterations are good too. I’ve had jackets, shirts, and pants done here for a pretty reasonable price and quickly.

They open at 7am, drop off your clothes before 9am and have them back by 530p.
They clean them on-​site so stuff doesn’t get sent somewhere only to get lost.
They do an excellent job on leather coats and alterations too.
It’s great to find a service that’s affordable and reliable.
