Restore is a huge warehouse with a small front area filled with tons of random construction and home goods items. They carry donated and surplus kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances(microwaves, ovens, cooktops, range hoods, washers & dryers) sinks, toilets, tubs, doors, siding, shutters, trim, flooring, tile, carpet, vanities, furniture, plumbing supplies, lighting, as well as miscellaneous electrical and hardware components and wiring. They do have some thrift store items such as luggage, boots, electronics, computer parts, records, tapes, videos, CDs, DVDs, books, knick-knacks. Help can be busy with sales, customers, and donations, but I’m there a few times every month and they’re generally helpful but firm. Due to the nature of the donations you never know what you’ll find! Bring your truck, you’ll need it! Shopping Hours: M-F 10 – 6 Sat 9 – 5, Sun 10 – 3. Donations Hours M-Sa 10 – 4 Sun 10 – 2. Drop-Off is located in the back of the building and a strict NODUMPING or dumpster usage with camera is enforced.

The other day I went in to check a few things out– this was my first time in the new location. I could not believe how rude and inconsiderate the workers were with the exception of the young volunteer who was there to get his hours in. The clerk(both) were absent pretty much the entire time– both appeared to get bothered if the customer asked a question– regarding price! My daughter asked for assistance to which she received a very cold and rude remark– to the point that she was crying, she is 10. I normally do not leave negative comments but this time around I felt it was ness because someone needs to address these employees lack of customer service.
