Saheli OBGYN

Should be zero stars. This is the worst obgyn practice i have ever been to. They are so unorganized and the front staff is extremely rude. Dr. Varshneys bed side manner is OK she didn’t do much and if i asked her one question about my birth control the nurse said she would charge that as a another separate visit ridiculous!!! The fact i had to wait 2 weeks to get my culture tests to find out what i had was absolutely ridiculous!!! I should’ve gone to the urgent care in the same building they give me the results the same day. Waiting 2 weeks while being very uncomfortable isn’t great. Since the problem i had was recurring i decided to visit an obgyn and really find out the problem. OF COURSE they didn’t find anything. It was a waste of money and time. The staff sounded like it was a hassle to give me my results. I will be going to the pine brook urgent care they seem to give me better answers every time better than saheli practice. FYI get a new phone line every time i call i can barely hear the staff talk through the phone and its not on my end that’s for sure. Very upset. I do suffer from PCOS and am very sensitive in my feminine area so ladies save your time. I do wish i had my money back honestly.
