I’ve been a member of Suntrust since 2006– this is the absolute worst Suntrust location I’ve ever been to. The ATM outside rarely works so you have to make a trip inside to speak with rude tellers which is what you want to avoid by using the drive-​thru. Today was no different. My check was rejected so I had to go into the branch. kill me​.my card wouldn’t read on the machine so the teller swiped it and threw it back through the mini window. Once I explained which checking account I wanted, he did the transaction (2) because I had cash and a check… each slip is illegible as their slip machine needs more ink or stamps or whatever is inside-​I politely tell the teller and he says «well you know what you deposited, I guess I could write it down for you» I decline and walk out. And this is my last experience with this branch and maybe Suntrust overall-​I don’t benefit from using them anyways.
