Food is very plain not much flavor and to make things worse when you try to order by phone be prepared to be on the phone for 15+ minutes of trying to have the lady understand what your saying. It took her 5 – 7 minutes just to put in the correct phone number. She couldn’t pronounce the total price the food came out to and she kept putting her hand over the speaker over and over. Very annoyed!

Excellent range of menu items! Flexible kitchen for catering to the needs of even the most finicky eaters or those with food allergies! They made ceviche without shrimp OR scallops and it was still awesome! Our appetizer came out several minutes before the main entrees, and it was correct! The meals came out fast, correct, piping hot and plated cleanly. If you like Hispanic food, this place is a must visit.

The price you pay for the food is not worth it. The taste it’s just weird, You are better off at On the border or at a Taco Bell. I give it a 1 out of 10. This place is Horrible, food, servers don’t dress properly. They take for ever to bring the food, and please… Just be really careful with letting your husband go to their bar at night… The«ladies» over at the bar are very nice and will do anything for a good tip. One of the servers was telling me stories of how they leave with different men. This place is so weird … Children 6−7−8 years old running behind the Bar around midnight… Ghetto Ghetto Ghetto, Low Class Place! Enrique, i am sure your staff strives, but not as professionals. I am not sure as what? I mean, really? Look at the pictures? And there is more in Facebook that can tell you more! This girls don’t know how to respect costumers, it is frustrating to repeat an order 2 – 3 times because of the language barrier. My visit to your place was more than 6 months ago and I will never come back. Maybe, if you hire the right people. That speak good English and know how to dress properly, with out so much perfume on them… People would like your place better. But maybe you don’t have the money for this, so I understand. Most of the Food is not good… I will not be coming back. How could you have kids running behind the bar? With drunk men? And bartenders… No comments… Anyways… This is your problem, not mines.

I’ve been in this place twice. Their breakfast special #2 it’s delicious. Scrambled eggs with veggies, sweet plantain, avocado, refried beans and cheese. The beef soup has great taste with delicious and fresh veggies. My son had pupusa with fries and he devour it.

This place is ok but not great. I ordered the chile relleno and it was relatively greasy. The beef also had gristle. As for the service… below mediocre. Bar Staff were constantly buried in their cell phones. They also kept bringing items that we didn’t order. I understand the concept of regulars, but they paid more attention to their regulars than they did their other guests. They also had children running behind the bar and they let children sit at the bar.

The place is clean, the decorations are low key and not fancy, the people are nice, and I would drive far more than an hour for their fried plantains and refried beans. Seriously, these are the best refried beans ever, and I’ve had a lot of beans in my life. Husband is from the southwest and he said they’re the best he’s ever tasted. Their ceviche is good too, but I regretted getting it because I was so dang stuffed from the plantains. Which were fantastic.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and can’t believe I haven’t posted a review. All I can say is I’m blessed to have this restaurant 5 min away from home. You’d think to eat Central American food, you go to Manassas but nah TWOAMIGOS is our spot. Everything here is fresh, delicious and authentic. The staff is very attentive. I always get something different every time I go but let me say that the sopa de gallina is the best sopa I ever had. The gallina is gallina from the farm, not«chicken» from the store. It’s defiantly organic and fresh! Also, their nachos de carne asada are to die for! Literally the best nachos I’ve ever had in my life. Their pupusas are always good… Anything you get from this place is fresh and delicious and you won’t be disappointed. As for drinks I’ve had horchata, liquado de mango, piña colada, ensalada de fruta, and machorrita. They are ALL delicious. EVERYTHING here is outrageous. You can even sit for hours with your family and friends and they don’t rush you out. On the weekends they close at 2AM.

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. The food was BLAH. I love Mexican food but this was such a disappointment. Everything came out lukewarm. The cheese tasted really funky. The beans were so runny it looked more like bean soup! The enchiladas were awful. My friend ordered a «frozen» margarita but she said it just tasted and felt like a crappy carton of room temperature fruit concentrate blended with tequila– didn’t actually feel frozen. It’s also a little weird that they don’t have fountain soda. When I ordered a Diet Coke they brought me a 20 oz plastic bottle. It also took us almost two hours to get out of there simply because service was so slow— and it wasn’t even busy! At the end of the day, both my friend and I regretted spending so much money and time on such subpar food. I would not recommend this place.

Ate there at 3 on a Wednesday. Didn’t have a lunch menu but my daughter and I shared fajitas and it was plenty. Clean place and nice staff. Will eat there again.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner one night when we were looking for a new mexican spot. The food wasn’t bad but also wasn’t anything to come back for. We also tried the margaritas and they were average I’d say. The only complaint I could have is that there was a VERY annoying and most likely intoxicated gentleman at the bar who was literally screaming every minute it seemed. I do understand that this is not a reflection on the establishment as much as it was just a very happy and intoxicated person. however, for those patrons who wanted an enjoyable dinner it was hard to ignore him.

Two Amigos is my go-to-place before working at International Gem Show at Dulles Expo Center. After being seated, we were given chips and medium heat salsa. I’d highly recommend their frozen beverages. Since I was on work duty, I decided to get an Iced Tea. I liked how it was lightly sweetened. My mom ordered the Taco Platter which consisted of three hard shelled taco filled with chicken and served with Mexican Rice and Refined Beans. I was surprised that the tacos didn’t have lettuce, tomato, or onion, just meat and cheese! I ordered the Steak Quesadilla which consisted of flour tortilla filled with marinated steak pieces and cheese and served with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. It was tasty and quite filling. Next time, I’m coming back for a slice of Tres Leches cake!

Went here a couple months ago for breakfast. The food was good but a little on the pricey side for what came with the dish(we had desayuno #2 — so eggs, beans, crema, avocado, plantains). The crema was sour cream, not the traditional thick cream you get in Central America, and that most other«authentic» restaurants use. The atmosphere and décor were nice but it was quiet for most of breakfast until someone from the separate bar area started blasting electronic music… I may return to try their other lunch or dinner dishes, but would not return for breakfast.

Portions were OK size, however I felt the food was lacking flavor. I ordered Sopa de Mondongo and it was very plain, not flavorful. I also had pupusas and they were made very thin, also lacking flavor. I do have to say that the staff is very attentive.

Not the greatest place for Mexican style food. The salsa was a watery mix of pico and water. The burrito I ordered came with enough sour cream for one bite and the pork inside was mostly fat. I will say the beans and rice were pretty good but its not somewhere that I plan on going to again.

The salsa was watery, food wasn’t very good, they were showing some horror movie the whole time we were there. Nothing like eating tacos while listening to the piercing shrill of a woman screaming as she’s murdered! We had to ask like four times«what kind of lettuce is in the salad» before we got an answer other than«the salad has lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado and radish.» We only went because we were trying to use a gift card we got for free but it still wasn’t worth it. Oh and the prices are a bit high to me, but that might just be Northern Virginia prices that I’m not quite used to yet. I don’t really want to pay near $ 15 for a cheese enchilada.

Though they have a Tex-Mex page on their menu, this is a purely Latin restaurant covering all the cuisines from Tijuana to São Paulo including Caribbean and West Indies creole influences. Their lunch buffet has ceviche and paella amongst other varied staples. Well worth the 9.95… If you’re stuck at Dulles for a few hours, hop the Holiday Inn Chantilly van or grab a cab. I don’t know why the DC hipsters have not discovered this place yet. A true treasure.

Pupusas, Bistec con cebolla, arroz, enchiladas… Can we say HEAVEN. I don’t know why I’m so obsessed with Spanish food. I’m not even any part of Hispanic… but LOVELOVELOVE. This was another recommendation during the trip to Chantilly. Peruvian food on the buffet, Mexican food on the menu… www.delishshus.com I’m not usually a fan of buffets, especially not at lunch time because I end up wanting to take a nap and I certainly didn’t have my spandex pants on this time to accommodate the stretch, but I managed. I sampled a little bit of everything even if I didn’t know what it was called, I tried and conquered and stayed awake. The end.

I’m not big on half stars but I wish I could give them an extra half for effort. We had gone here once before while at the Expo center. It’s just a short walk in the same shopping center. I would definitely advice to go for the more Peruvian items rather than the Mexican fare. The Beef Fajitas were merely so the next time I ordered of the House Specialties and got the Tipico which includes a Papusa, a Chicken Tamale(wrapped in banana leaf rather than corn husk), and Fried Plantains. It was served with a delicious cream as well as the cabbage. Totally wonderful. If it were that experience alone, I may have bumped it into 5 star territory, but I have to dock them for the following. First, I have never met a margarita I didn’t like. I like all different kinds from a mix, frozen, on the rocks, flavored, regular. However, I was served a MASSIVE margarita and was shocked at the absence of any sort of flavor. It tasted like straight tequila and flavorless ice. I though about suffering through the gargantuan drink but instead sent it back in favor of a plain ol’ coke. Shucks. I’ll probably go again just for that delicious platter. No margaritas for me though.
