We surprised our daughter for her birthday by hiring a long white limo from Matchless. The driver could not have been nicer and more polite. He had just the right balance of friendliness and reserve. He had brought chocolate covered strawberries and was right on time. Inside the car were iced down drinks, balloons, and a birthday card for my 12 year old. There was even a very nice personal message written in it to her. I was very impressed. The driver acted like it was a delight to drive us when, really, how fun can it actually be to drive around a couple of 12 year olds and parents? :) Great job and highly recommended!

Matchless sent their London Taxi to pick up my husband and I from our wedding reception. We loved it! Everyone commented on how cute the car was and they supplied chocolate covered strawberries for our ride to the hotel. The driver even made a stop for us at Walgreens so we could stock up on Advil for the anticipated morning headache.
In addition, the booking process was incredibly easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all, I have to recommend Matchless for any transportation needs! I would certainly use them again!
